Bulletproof Building Siding Device

Abstract

The present invention relates to a bulletproof building siding device that can be applied to a building or home. Multiple layers of the device prevent bullets from penetrating the home. The layers may include a siding layer, a rubber layer, a foam layer, and a metal layer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A bulletproof building siding device comprising:
 an exterior layer comprised of a siding;   a middle layer; and   a base layer.   
     
     
         2 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 1 , wherein the siding is comprised of a vinyl siding, an insulated vinyl siding, a Hardie board siding, a composite siding, a wood siding, a metal siding, a fiber cement siding, a brick siding, a stone veneer siding, a manufactured siding, an aluminum siding, or a steel siding. 
     
     
         3 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 1 , wherein the middle layer is comprised of a foam material. 
     
     
         4 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 3 , wherein the foam material is comprised of a composite metal foam. 
     
     
         5 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 3 , wherein the foam material is comprised of an insulating foam. 
     
     
         6 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 1 , wherein the middle layer is comprised of a rubber material. 
     
     
         7 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 6 , wherein the rubber material is comprised of an insulating rubber material. 
     
     
         8 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 6 , wherein the rubber material is comprised of a ballistic rubber material. 
     
     
         9 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 1 , wherein the base layer is comprised of a metal material. 
     
     
         10 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 9 , wherein the metal material is comprised of a copper metallic alloy. 
     
     
         11 . A bulletproof building siding device comprising:
 an exterior layer comprised of a siding;   a first middle layer   a second middle layer; and   a base layer.   
     
     
         12 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 11 , wherein the siding is comprised of a vinyl siding, an insulated vinyl siding, a Hardie board siding, a composite siding, a wood siding, a metal siding, a fiber cement siding, a brick siding, a stone veneer siding, a manufactured siding, an aluminum siding, or a steel siding. 
     
     
         13 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 11 , wherein the first middle layer is comprised of a foam material. 
     
     
         14 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 13 , wherein the foam material is comprised of a composite metal foam. 
     
     
         15 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 13 , wherein the foam material is comprised of an insulating foam. 
     
     
         16 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 11 , wherein the second middle layer is comprised of a rubber material. 
     
     
         17 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 16 , wherein the rubber material is comprised of an insulating rubber material. 
     
     
         18 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 16 , wherein the rubber material is comprised of a ballistic rubber material. 
     
     
         19 . The bulletproof building siding device of  claim 11 , wherein the base layer is comprised of a metal material. 
     
     
         20 . A method of using a bulletproof building siding device, the method comprising the steps of:
 providing a bulletproof building siding device comprised of an exterior layer, a first middle layer, a second middle layer, and a base layer; and   fastening the base layer, the second middle layer, the first middle layer, and the exterior layer to an exterior of a structure using a fastener.
