Hooded cap having variously adjustable
Abstract
Disclosed herein is a hooded cap having a variously adjustable visor. The hooded cap includes: a handkerchief body; a cap visor provided with a curved portion, and formed by cutting upper and lower fabrics superimposed in two to four layers on the front side of one side of the handkerchief body into a semicircular or semielliptical shape and then sewing the edges of the cut upper and lower fabrics together to combine them in an integrated form; and a visor structure inserted into the inside of the edge of the curved portion of the cap visor, and formed to maintain the shape of the cap visor. The visor structure is further configured to be restored to the shape of the cap visor when folded and then unfolded.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hooded cap having a variously adjustable visor, the hooded cap comprising:
a handkerchief body; a cap visor provided with a curved portion, and formed by cutting upper and lower fabrics superimposed in two to four layers on a front side of one side of the handkerchief body into a semicircular or semielliptical shape and then sewing edges of the cut upper and lower fabrics together to combine them in an integrated form; and a visor structure inserted into an inside of an edge of the curved portion of the cap visor, and formed to maintain a shape of the cap visor; wherein the visor structure is further configured to be restored to the shape of the cap visor when folded and then unfolded.
2 . The hooded cap of claim 1 , wherein the visor structure is restored to a rectangular or polygonal shape and formed in the shape of the cap visor when folded and then unfolded.
3 . The hooded cap of claim 1 , wherein the cap visor includes:
a bar-shaped length bar; and a plurality of guide joints configured such that they are formed at predetermined locations of the length bar to guide the length bar through restoration to a rectangular or polygonal shape.
4 . The hooded cap of claim 1 , wherein the visor structure is made of a silicon material that can minimize a volume thereof when folded.
5 . The hooded cap of claim 1 , wherein the visor structure includes a plurality of pieces that are spread flat across the curved portion of the cap visor.
6 . The hooded cap of claim 1 , wherein the visor structure is formed of wire that is made of a plastic material.
7 . The hooded cap of claim 2 , wherein the cap visor includes:
a bar-shaped length bar; and a plurality of guide joints configured such that they are formed at predetermined locations of the length bar to guide the length bar through restoration to a rectangular or polygonal shape.
8 . The hooded cap of claim 5 , wherein the visor structure including the plurality of pieces is configured to adjust a visor angle of the cap visor.
9 . The hooded cap of claim 5 , wherein the visor structure is formed of wire that is made of a plastic material.
10 . The hooded cap of claim 1 , further comprising:
a silicon fabric installed to be inserted flat between the upper and lower fabrics of the cap visor and maintain the shape of the cap visor; and a silicon bar installed to be seated across the silicon fabric so that the cap visor can be freely folded and unfolded; wherein the cap visor is finished and formed as a sunshade by sewing the edges of the upper and lower fabrics together so that they can face each other vertically.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
