Abstract

In a waste cold/warm heat recycling heat exchange device of the present invention, a refrigerant circulates in a closed loop between an evaporator 10 and a condenser 20, a digital sensor 45 for detecting the internal refrigerant pressure and temperature and inputting the detected values to a controller 50 is installed in the condenser 20, a liquid transfer pump 46 and a solenoid valve 47 are installed on the liquid refrigerant pipe 40 to push a liquid refrigerant toward the evaporator 10, wherein the controller 50 having received the detected values from the digital sensor 45 controls the operation of the liquid transfer pump 46 and the solenoid valve 47 according to the detected values, thereby adjusting the flow rate of the liquid refrigerant that flows through the refrigerant pipe 40. Accordingly, since the circulation amount of refrigerant can be automatically adjusted according to the degree of thermal equilibrium and pressure equilibrium generated by the evaporator 10 and the condenser 20, not only stable circulation of refrigerant but also an operation of achieving high-efficiency optimization of waste cold/warm heat recovery are enabled.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A highly efficient waste cold/warm heat exchange device, wherein
a gas refrigerant pipe ( 30 ) which connects an outlet of an evaporator ( 10 ) and an inlet of a condenser ( 20 ) and a liquid refrigerant pipe ( 40 ) which connects an outlet of the condenser ( 20 ) and an inlet of the evaporator ( 10 ) are installed to circulate a refrigerant in a closed loop between the evaporator ( 10 ) and the condenser ( 20 ), a digital sensor ( 45 ) for detecting internal refrigerant pressure and temperature and inputting the detected values to a controller ( 50 ) is installed in the condenser ( 20 ), a liquid transfer pump ( 46 ) is installed on the liquid refrigerant pipe ( 40 ) to push the liquid refrigerant toward the evaporator ( 10 ), and the controller ( 50 ) which receives the detected values from the digital sensor ( 45 ) controls an operation of the liquid transfer pump ( 46 ) according to the detected values to adjust a flow rate of the liquid refrigerant which flows through the refrigerant pipe ( 40 ).

2 . The highly efficient waste cold/warm heat exchange device of claim 1 , wherein a solenoid valve ( 47 ) is further installed on the liquid refrigerant pipe ( 40 ) and the controller ( 50 ) which receives the detected values from the digital sensor ( 45 ) controls a passage opening rate of the solenoid valve ( 47 ) according to the detected values.

3 . The highly efficient waste cold/warm heat exchange device of claim 2 , wherein after controlling the liquid transfer pump ( 46 ) to stop the operation, the controller ( 50 ) determines whether the detected refrigerant pressure and temperature values in the condenser ( 20 ) detected by the digital sensor ( 45 ) satisfy a defined change value after a predetermined time and if the detected values do not satisfy the defined change value, controls the passage opening rate of the solenoid valve ( 47 ).
