Packaging

Abstract

A package (1) includes cardboard having a bottom (3), a top (4), and a circumferential side wall (2). The top is designed to be separated from the package, removed and replaced thereon.

1 . A package comprising:
 cardboard having a bottom, a top, and a circumferential side wall, wherein the top is designed to be separated from the package, removed and replaced thereon.   
     
     
         2 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein a tear strip or other separation aid, with which a side wall cuff and the top can be separated from the rest of the package, is provided in the side wall. 
     
     
         3 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein an insert in the form of a collar is provided on the inside of the side wall. 
     
     
         4 . The package according to  claim 3 , wherein the top is designed to be placed onto the collar. 
     
     
         5 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein the insert forming the collar is formed circumferentially on the inside of the side wall. 
     
     
         6 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein the insert has an overlapping design. 
     
     
         7 . The package according to  claim 6 , wherein a lateral step is provided, which extends over a part of the height of the insert. 
     
     
         8 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein the upper edge of the insert is curved. 
     
     
         9 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein the insert is connected to the side wall at points. 
     
     
         10 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein the collar is at least slightly pretensioned. 
     
     
         11 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one tab is hinged to the upper edge of the collar. 
     
     
         12 . The package according to  claim 11 , wherein at least two tabs are each hinged directly or indirectly adjacently to the side edges of the insert. 
     
     
         13 . The package according to  claim 11 , wherein the tabs are folded outwards. 
     
     
         14 . The package according to  claim 11 , wherein the tabs are able to support themselves against the side wall cuff. 
     
     
         15 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein a tamper-evident closure is provided. 
     
     
         16 . The package according to  claim 15 , wherein the tamper-evident closure is defined by a line of weakness. 
     
     
         17 . The package according to  claim 15 , wherein a part of a cardboard layer of the side wall is designed to be removable. 
     
     
         18 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein the top and/or the bottom is crimped or adhesively bonded into the package or is connected to the rest of the package in another way. 
     
     
         19 . The package according to  claim 1 , wherein the package is produced from paper, cardboard or the like. 
     
     
         20 . A folding carton blank for forming a package according to  claim 1 .
