Abstract

A grinding plate for a grinding disk of a grinding machine, wherein the grinding plate has a basic body and a Velcro hook layer with Velcro hooks. The basic body of the grinding plate includes a fiber-reinforced plastic and the Velcro hook layer comprises a nonreinforced plastic. A method for producing such a grinding plate is also provided. The Velcro hook layer can be molded as a thin layer of nonreinforced plastic onto the basic body made of a fiber-reinforced plastic. The grinding plate can be produced in particular in a two-component injection molding method.

         16 . A grinding plate for a grinding disk of a grinding machine, the grinding plate comprising:
 a basic body including a fiber-reinforced plastic; and   a Velcro hook layer with Velcro hooks, the Velcro hook layer including a nonreinforced plastic.   
     
     
         17 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 16  wherein a surface of the grinding plate is completely covered by the Velcro hook layer. 
     
     
         18 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 16  wherein a surface of the grinding plate has a planarity in a range of less than 0.5 mm. 
     
     
         19 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 18  wherein a surface of the grinding plate has a planarity in a range of less than 0.3 mm. 
     
     
         20 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 19  wherein a surface of the grinding plate has a planarity in a range of less than 0.2 mm. 
     
     
         21 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 20  wherein the Velcro hooks of the Velcro hook layer are arranged oriented in a circumferential direction of the grinding plate. 
     
     
         22 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 16  wherein the Velcro hooks have a height in a range from 0.4 to 1.2 mm. 
     
     
         23 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 22  wherein the Velcro hooks have a height in a range from 0.6 to 0.8 mm. 
     
     
         24 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 23  wherein the Velcro hooks have a height of 0.7 mm. 
     
     
         25 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 16  wherein the Velcro hooks have a width in a range from 0.05 to 5 mm. 
     
     
         26 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 25  wherein the Velcro hooks have a width in a range from 0.1 to 0.3 mm 
     
     
         27 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 26  wherein the Velcro hooks have a width of 0.2 mm. 
     
     
         28 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 16  wherein the Velcro hooks are arranged in radial rows, and the Velcro hooks of the radial rows are oriented in an alternating manner in the clockwise direction and in the counterclockwise direction. 
     
     
         29 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 28  wherein the radial rows have a spacing in a range from 0.3 to 2 mm. 
     
     
         30 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 29  wherein the radial rows have a spacing in a range in a range from 0.5 to 1.5 mm. 
     
     
         31 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 30  wherein the radial rows have a spacing in a range in a range from 0.7 to 1.0 mm. 
     
     
         32 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 31  wherein the radial rows have a spacing of 0.8 mm. 
     
     
         33 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 16  wherein the Velcro hook layer has a total thickness in a range from 0.3 to 3 mm. 
     
     
         34 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 33  wherein the Velcro hook layer has a total thickness in a range from 0.5 to 2 mm. 
     
     
         35 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 34  wherein the Velcro hook layer has a total thickness in a range from 0.8 to 1.5 mm. 
     
     
         36 . The grinding plate as recited in  claim 35  wherein the Velcro hook layer has a total thickness of 1 mm. 
     
     
         37 . A method for producing a grinding plate as recited in  claim 16 , the method comprising the following steps:
 a) producing the basic body including the fiber-reinforced plastic,   b) attaching the Velcro hook layer including the non-reinforced plastic and the Velcro jooks to a surface of the basic body.   
     
     
         38 . The method as recited in  claim 37  wherein the method is carried out as a two-component injection molding method. 
     
     
         39 . The method as recited in  claim 37  further comprising a step of countering in order to avoid any distortions. 
     
     
         40 . The method as recited in  claim 39  wherein the Velcro hooks of the Velcro hook layer are produced with laminar tool inserts. 
     
     
         41 . The method as recited in  claim 40  wherein the tool inserts also have at least one distortion cushion in addition to lamination assemblies. 
     
     
         42 . The method as recited in  claim 41  wherein the at least one distortion cushion is present between an insert frame and the lamination assemblies.
