Abstract
A magnetic fidget toy comprising a body with magnets placed within. The magnets allow the user to fidget with multiple fidget toys by combining them, breaking them apart, and rearranging them in different configurations. The fidget toy may also have a textured surface, creating various sensations for the user while fidgeting with the toy.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A fidget toy comprising,
a body; at least one hollow recess; at least one end cap; and at least one magnet.
2 . The body of claim 1 comprising,
the central structure of the fidget toy; and
an SLA resin, 3-D printed material, metal, or carbon fiber;
said body having a generally cylindrical shape.
3 . The at least one hollow recess of claim 1 , said recess being positioned longitudinal at one end of the body and adapted to retain and conceal a magnet.
4 . The at least one end cap of claim 1 , wherein said end cap is a sealing mechanism adapted to close the at least one hollow recess by press-fitting to hold in by friction, or other removable fastening means such as adhesives, screws, hook-and-loop, or other similar fasteners.
5 . The at least one magnet of claim 1 , said magnet comprising material such as neodymium and having a cylindrical shape, said magnet capable of fitting within the body of the fidget toy, the magnet being placed within the at least one hollow recess, glued in place, and chemically bonded.
6 . The at least one magnet of claim 1 , placed within a metal body through a drilled hole, said hole then being sealed with the magnet or magnets inside.
7 . The body of claim 1 , further comprising a textured barrel, said textured barrel being either part of the body, a separate piece, or sticker placed on the body, running along the entire body and providing a textured feel, textures including but not limited to spiral patterns, smooth textures, a plurality of holes or lines on the body, or a knurled pattern, said textures further comprising raised or lowered surfaces.
8 . The fidget toy of claim 1 having magnets placed within the body allowing the user to combine multiple fidget toys together through magnetic force, the user fidgeting with the toy or toys by combining them, breaking them apart, rearranging them, or feeling the texture or smoothness of the body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
