Abstract

A side sleeper pillow that has a protruding portion at one side of a pillow body to maintain a side sleeping posture of a sleeper by preventing the sleeper from turning around on the side sleeper pillow. The pillow is simple in structure, easy to produce, and enables a side sleeper to maintain a side sleeping posture by preventing the sleeper from flipping backward to sleep on the back. Therefore, snoring of the sleeper may be mitigated or eliminated.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A side sleeper pillow, comprising a pillow body; one side of the pillow body is provided with a protruding portion. 
     
     
         2 . The side sleeper pillow of  claim 1 , wherein a filler cavity is formed in the pillow body and extends into the protruding portion; a supporting piece is filled inside the filler cavity. 
     
     
         3 . The side sleeper pillow of  claim 2 , wherein the protruding portion has a shape of a frustum. 
     
     
         4 . The side sleeper pillow of  claim 3 , wherein the supporting piece has a shape of a cone frustum. 
     
     
         5 . The side sleeper pillow of  claim 1 , wherein a left side surface and a right side surface of the pillow body are each provided with a recess that is recessed inwardly towards a middle part of the pillow body. 
     
     
         6 . The side sleeper pillow of  claim 1 , wherein a middle part of the pillow body is recessed downwardly.
