Abstract
A detachable elastic pad for furniture includes a flexible cover and a plurality of elastic modules. The elastic modules are mounted in an array on rail beams on a bottom layer. Each elastic module includes a conical spring and a spring bracket for receiving and holding the conical spring. The detachable elastic pad can be disassembled and reassembled, to replace components.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 25 . (canceled)

27 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 26 wherein left and right sides of each rail beam has a slide channel for engaging the elastic modules and allowing the elastic modules to slide independently of each other along the slide channels.
28 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 27 wherein each rail beam comprises:
a support wall extending in a vertical direction from a top of the rail beam to a bottom of the rail beam;
a central top engagement portion connected to a top of the support wall, extending from left and right sides of the support wall and bent downwards to form two downward-opening top receiving portions on the top of the rail beam;
a central bottom engagement portion connected to a bottom of the support wall, extending from left and right sides of the support wall and bent upwards to form two upward-opening bottom receiving portions on the bottom of the rail beam; and
the spring bracket of each of the elastic modules having mating protrusions configured to engage the top receiving portions and the bottom receiving portions of the rail beam, the mating protrusions protruding up from top surfaces on two sides of the top of the spring bracket and protruding down from bottom surfaces on two sides of the bottom of the spring bracket.
29 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 27 wherein each rail beam comprises:
a base on the bottom layer;
a pair of connection walls extending up from left and right sides of the base;
a pair of end walls extending towards each other from the pair of connection walls, with a gap between the pair of end walls;
the base and the pair of connection walls and the pair of end walls forming a pair of receiving portions opening towards each other;
the spring bracket of each elastic module having connection legs; and
mating protrusions on a bottom end of each connection leg, the mating protrusions extending away from each other and configured to engage a pair of the receiving portions of each of the rail beams.
30 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 29 further including a central partition wall between two connection walls of the base, the central partition wall having a height less than the connection walls.
31 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 29 wherein the connection walls on the left and right sides of the base are arranged intermittently in an extension direction of the rail beam and staggered from each other.
32 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 26 further including a plurality of sets of rail beam mounting parts detachably provided on the bottom layer, each set of rail beam mounting parts longitudinally spaced apart from each other.
33 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 32 further comprising a mounting part protrusion portion on top of each rail beam mounting part, each protrusion portion laterally protruding from the rail beam;
a mounting receiving portion corresponding to the protrusion portion on the bottom of each rail beam; and
the protrusion portion configured to mate with the mounting receiving portion so that the rail beam can slide relative to the rail beam mounting part.
34 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 26 wherein each rail beam comprises a plurality of rail beam segments connected sequentially.
35 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 34 further including a protrusion protruding forward from a front end of each rail beam segment, a groove recessed into a rear end of each rail beam segment, the protrusion and the groove of adjacent rail beam segments mated with each other to connect the adjacent rail beam segments together.
36 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 26 wherein each elastic module has a truncated conical shape, further comprising an elastic balance net having a plurality of openings, the elastic balance net removably disposed in the receiving space, each opening configured to fit on one of the elastic modules at a predetermined height.
37 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 36 wherein each opening is sized to fit on a diameter at the top of one of the elastic modules.
38 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 36 further including a removable elastic cushion layer within the receiving space, between the top layer and a top of the plurality of the elastic modules.
39 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 38 wherein the elastic cushion layer and the elastic balance net are both formed from sponge, the flexible cover is a cloth cover, and the flexible cover has fasteners extending along a periphery of the top layer and/or a periphery of the bottom layer.
40 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 26 wherein each elastic module comprises a compressed spring within the spring bracket.
41 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 36 further including fasteners extending along a periphery of the top layer and a periphery of the bottom layer, and the elastic cushion layer, the top layer, and the flexible cover side enclosure are configured to be rolled up for storage.
42 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 26 wherein the rail beams comprise flexible plastic, to allow the bottom layer integrated with the plurality of rail beams to be rolled up for storage in a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the rail beam.
43 . The detachable elastic pad of claim 26 wherein each elastic modules has a truncated conical structure having a lower opening and a hollow interior, the elastic modules configured for stacking.
44 . Furniture comprising the detachable elastic pad of claim 26 .
45 . A method for assembling the detachable elastic pad of claim 26 , comprising:
obtaining a flexible cover comprising a bottom layer; obtaining a plurality of elastic modules; obtaining an elastic balance net; obtaining an elastic cushion layer; performing assembling in a use site following steps of: slidably mounting the plurality of elastic modules via rail beams on the bottom layer; sheathing all the elastic modules into the elastic balance net; placing the elastic cushion layer over all the elastic modules; and closing the flexible cover to seal the plurality of elastic modules, the elastic balance net, and the elastic cushion layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
