Abstract

The present disclosure provides roller-skating and ice-skating shoes that are easy to put on and take off, including: a shoe body, an upper, a tongue, a locking structure, and a roller-skating assembly or an ice-skating assembly; wherein a bottom of the shoe body is connected to the roller-skating assembly or the ice-skating assembly, and the locking structure is configured to lock the upper to the shoe body; the shoe body is arranged with a connection member, the upper is connected to the shoe body through the connection member, and the upper is flippable around the connection member.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . Roller-skating and ice-skating shoes, comprising: a shoe body ( 1 ), an upper ( 2 ), a tongue ( 3 ), a locking structure ( 5 ), and a roller-skating assembly ( 7 ) or an ice-skating assembly; wherein a bottom of the shoe body ( 1 ) is connected to the roller-skating assembly ( 7 ) or the ice-skating assembly, and the locking structure ( 5 ) is configured to lock the upper ( 2 ) to the shoe body ( 1 ); the shoe body ( 1 ) is arranged with a connection member ( 4 ), the upper ( 2 ) is connected to the shoe body ( 1 ) through the connection member ( 4 ), and the upper ( 2 ) is flippable around the connection member ( 4 ). 
     
     
         2 . The shoes according to  claim 1 , wherein the upper ( 2 ) is fixedly connected to the tongue ( 3 ), and the upper ( 2 ) is capable of driving the tongue ( 3 ) to flip around the connection member ( 4 ). 
     
     
         3 . The shoes according to  claim 1 , wherein the upper ( 2 ) comprises a first connection ( 21 ) and a second connection ( 22 ), each of the first connection ( 21 ) and second connection ( 22 ) being flippable around a corresponding connection point with the shoe body ( 1 ), and the tongue ( 3 ) being flippable outward around a connection point with the shoe body ( 1 ). 
     
     
         4 . The shoes according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an inner sleeve ( 8 ) arranged inside the shoe body ( 1 ); wherein the bottom of the shoe body ( 1 ) defines a mounting connection slot, and the shoe body ( 1 ) is connected to the roller-skating assembly ( 7 ) or the ice-skating assembly through the mounting connection slot.   
     
     
         5 . The shoes according to  claim 1 , wherein the locking structure ( 5 ) comprises a quick release buckle lock ( 51 ), a quick release strap ( 52 ), and an elastic piece ( 53 );
 the elastic piece ( 53 ) is arranged on a side of the shoe body ( 1 ), an included angle between the elastic piece ( 53 ) and the side being acute; the quick release buckle lock ( 51 ) is arranged on the elastic piece ( 53 );   the quick release strap ( 52 ) is arranged on another side of the shoe body ( 1 ), and the quick release strap ( 52 ) is extendable toward the quick release buckle lock ( 51 ) to be connected with the quick release buckle lock ( 51 ).   
     
     
         6 . The shoes according to  claim 5 , wherein the quick release buckle lock ( 51 ) defines an L-shaped opening. 
     
     
         7 . The shoes according to  claim 5 , wherein the upper ( 2 ) is arranged with a limit block group ( 24 ) comprising at least two limit blocks and a cavity ( 25 ) surrounded by the at least two limit blocks;
 the quick release strap ( 52 ) is connected to the quick release buckle lock ( 51 ) through the cavity ( 25 ).   
     
     
         8 . The shoes according to  claim 1 , wherein a top of the shoe body ( 1 ) is integrally connected with a leg restraint mechanism ( 6 ), and the leg restraint mechanism ( 6 ) comprises a restraint shoe body ( 61 ), a fixing part ( 62 ) arranged on a side wall of an opening of the restraint shoe body ( 61 ), and a movable connection ( 63 ) arranged on another side wall of the opening; the movable connection ( 63 ) is removably connected to the fixing part ( 62 ). 
     
     
         9 . The shoes according to  claim 1 , wherein a toe cap ( 11 ) is sleeved outside a bottom wall of the shoe body ( 1 ), and the toe cap ( 11 ) is slidably connected to the shoe body ( 1 ); a bottom of the toe cap ( 11 ) is fixedly connected to an adjuster ( 12 ), and the adjuster ( 12 ) is a foldable structure. 
     
     
         10 . The shoes according to  claim 4 , wherein the roller-skating assembly ( 7 ) comprises a connection frame ( 71 ) and a pulley set ( 72 ); a bottom of the connection frame ( 71 ) is connected to the pulley set ( 72 ), and a top of the connection frame ( 71 ) is connected to the mounting connection slot;
 the ice-skating assembly comprises a knife bridge, a skating knife, and a knife tube; wherein a bottom of the knife bridge is connected to the knife tube and the skating knife, and a top of the knife bridge is connected to the mounting connection slot.   
     
     
         11 . The shoes according to  claim 2 , wherein the upper ( 2 ) comprises a first connection ( 21 ) and a second connection ( 22 ), each of the first connection ( 21 ) and second connection ( 22 ) being flippable around a corresponding connection point with the shoe body ( 1 ), and the tongue ( 3 ) being flippable outward around a connection point with the shoe body ( 1 ).
