Abstract

An electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure includes a mouthpiece, a cartridge body, an E-liquid storage barrel, a glass fiber tube, an atomization assembly and a cartridge bottom cover assembly, the mouthpiece is arranged at a top end of the cartridge body, the cartridge bottom cover assembly is arranged at a bottom end of the cartridge body, the E-liquid storage barrel is arranged in the cartridge body, and the glass fiber tube is fixedly arranged in the E-liquid storage barrel. An airflow channel is arranged in the glass fiber tube, the atomization assembly is arranged in the airflow channel, a liquid storage tank is formed in a position of the smoke cartridge bottom cover assembly below the airflow channel, and airflow holes are formed in a side edge of the liquid storage tank.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure, comprising a mouthpiece, a cartridge body, an E-liquid storage barrel, a glass fiber tube, an atomization assembly and a cartridge bottom cover assembly, wherein the mouthpiece is arranged at a top end of the cartridge body, and the cartridge bottom cover assembly is arranged at a bottom end of the cartridge body:
 the E-liquid storage barrel is arranged in the cartridge body, a first through hole penetrating through upper and lower end faces of the E-liquid storage barrel is arranged in the E-liquid storage barrel, the glass fiber tube is fixedly arranged in the first through hole, the glass fiber tube has a hollow cylindrical structure, and an airflow channel is arranged in the glass fiber tube; and   the atomization assembly is arranged in the airflow channel, the atomization assembly is fixedly connected with the airflow channel, the cartridge bottom cover assembly comprises a cartridge bottom cover and a power receiving electrode arranged on the cartridge bottom cover, the power receiving electrode is electrically connected with the atomization assembly, the cartridge bottom cover assembly is provided with a liquid storage tank below the airflow channel, the liquid storage tank is configured for storing condensate generated in the airflow channel, and airflow holes are formed in a side edge of the liquid storage tank.   
     
     
         2 . The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 1 , wherein two airflow holes are provided, and the two airflow holes are respectively arranged on both sides of the liquid storage tank.

The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 1 . further comprising an upper silica gel, wherein the E-liquid storage barrel comprises an E-liquid barrel and an E-liquid storage cotton arranged in the E-liquid barrel, the upper silica gel is clamped with a top end of the E-liquid barrel, the upper silica gel is configured for sealing the top end of the E-liquid barrel and positioning the E-liquid storage cotton, a second through hole penetrating through upper and lower end faces of the upper silica gel is arranged in the upper silica gel, and the first through hole is communicated with the second through hole.

The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 3 , further comprising a lower silica gel, wherein the lower silica gel is configured for sealing a bottom end of the E-liquid barrel and positioning the E-liquid storage cotton, a connecting column is arranged at a center position of an upper end surface of the lower silica gel, an outer diameter of the connecting column is matched with the airflow channel, the connecting column is arranged in the airflow channel, the lower silica gel is clamped with the bottom end of the E-liquid barrel, a third through hole penetrating through the connecting column and the lower silica gel is arranged in the connecting column, and the third through hole is communicated with the airflow channel. 
     
     
         5 . The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 3 , further comprising an E-liquid absorbing cotton, wherein the E-liquid absorbing cotton is configured for absorbing condensate generated by the mouthpiece, a positioning groove for placing the E-liquid absorbing cotton is arranged at the upper end face of the upper silica gel, a fourth through hole penetrating through upper and lower end faces of the E-liquid absorbing cotton is arranged in the E-liquid absorbing cotton, and the fourth through hole is communicated with the second through hole. 
     
     
         6 . The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 4 , wherein convex rings are arranged on outer walls of the upper silica gel and the lower silica gel, and the convex rings are used for further improving a sealing performance. 
     
     
         7 . The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 4 , wherein the lower end face of the lower silica gel is provided with an airflow guide groove for reducing suction resistance. 
     
     
         8 . The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the mouthpiece and the cartridge body are integrally formed. 
     
     
         9 . The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 1 , wherein a clamping block is arranged on the cartridge bottom cover, a clamping groove hole is arranged at a position of the cartridge body corresponding to the clamping block, and the cartridge bottom cover is buckled with the cartridge body through the clamping block. 
     
     
         10 . The electronic cigarette cartridge with a liquid leakage prevention structure according to  claim 1 , wherein inclined guide angles are arranged around a wall of the liquid storage tank.
