Method for manufacturing sheet for smoking article
Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a sheet for a smoking article, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a sheet for a smoking article, the method comprising the steps of: putting a tobacco material into an aqueous solvent, and soaking and pressurizing it to separate a solid part and a liquid part (S 1 ); removing the liquid part, forming a sheet with the solid part, and then drying and pulverizing the sheet (S 2 ); preparing a slurry by mixing pulp with the pulverized sheet (S 3 ); and injecting the slurry to form a sheet (S 4 ), wherein the sheet has a reduced specific component, and the specific component includes one or more selected from the group consisting of nicotine and nitrate. A smoking article comprising the sheet manufactured by the above manufacturing method is characterized by having a reduced specific component and excellent flavor.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for manufacturing a sheet for a smoking article, the method comprising the steps of:
putting a tobacco material into an aqueous solvent, and soaking and pressurizing it to separate a solid part and a liquid part (S 1 ); removing the liquid part, forming a sheet with the solid part, and then drying and pulverizing the sheet (S 2 ); preparing a slurry by mixing pulp with the pulverized sheet (S 3 ); and injecting the slurry to form a sheet (S 4 ), wherein the sheet has a reduced specific component, and the specific component includes one or more selected from the group consisting of nicotine and nitrate.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the step S 1 is performed by a method comprising the steps of: putting a tobacco material into an aqueous solvent, and heating it to 50° C. to 90° C. for 20 to 40 minutes (S 1 - 1 ); and separating the solid part and the liquid part by pressurizing the heated mixture after the heating (S 1 - 2 ).
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the tobacco material includes one or more selected from the group consisting of tobacco leaves, tobacco leaf pieces, tobacco stems, and tobacco dust.
4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising a step of drying the sheet after the step S 4 .
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the tobacco material is pulverized to an average powder size of 0.03 mm to 0.30 mm.
6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising a step of adding an aerosol-generating material to the sheet.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the sheet for a smoking article has a nicotine content of 1.0% or less.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the sheet for a smoking article has a nitrate content of 0.1% or less.
9 . A sheet for a smoking article, which is manufactured by the manufacturing method of claim 1 .
10 . A smoking article comprising the sheet of claim 9 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
