Abstract

A device that contains a thru hole on each end to allow the neck straps of a swimsuit to be placed through and sit atop of once tied, and therefore absorbing the pressure that is caused by the swimsuit straps digging into the user's neck.

1 . A device with a thru hole at each end of the device, comprising of a closed cell foam, poly spandex anti-microbial tricot fabric, and metal grommets. 
     
     
         2 . A device according to  claim 1 , wherein each end of the device contains a thru hole. 
     
     
         3 . A device according to  claim 1 , wherein each thru hole contains a metal grommet. 
     
     
         4 . A device according to  claim 1 , wherein the device is comprised of a closed cell foam. 
     
     
         5 . A device according to  claim 1 , wherein the top surface of the device is comprised of a poly spandex anti-microbial tricot fabric. 
     
     
         6 . A device according to  claim 1 , wherein the bottom surface of the device is comprised of a poly spandex anti-microbial tricot fabric.
