Rainwater filter and drainage assembly

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a rainwater filter, including a perforated panel, a filter plate mounted on a top surface of the perforated panel, and at least two elastic support strips mounted on a bottom surface of the perforated panel. One ends of the elastic support strips protrude outwards from the bottom surface of the perforated panel. With the structure described above, the rainwater filter can be mounted conveniently based on the characteristics of the elastic support strips, without being fixed with screws or rivets. The rainwater filter can be dismounted conveniently in case of excessive accumulation of debris or blockage, is convenient to clean and maintain, and serves to protect a drainage gutter.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A rainwater filter, comprising a perforated panel, a filter plate mounted on a top surface of the perforated panel, and at least one elastic support strip mounted on a bottom surface of the perforated panel, wherein one end of the elastic support strip protrudes outwards from the bottom surface of the perforated panel. 
     
     
         2 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least two locking pieces assembled correspondingly with each elastic support strip, wherein the locking pieces are connected to the elastic support strip, the perforated panel and the filter plate. 
     
     
         3 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the locking pieces further comprise bolts extending through each elastic support strip, the perforated panel and the filter plate in sequence, and nuts mounted at one ends, far away from the elastic support strip, of the bolts, and the nuts abut against the filter plate.   
     
     
         4 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the locking pieces are rivets disposed to penetrate through the elastic support strip, the perforated panel and the filter plate in sequence.   
     
     
         5 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the locking pieces are fasteners clamped with the elastic support strip, the perforated panel and the filter plate.   
     
     
         6 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the perforated panel has a same size with the filter plate.   
     
     
         7 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 1 , wherein the filter plate is made of a porous foam material. 
     
     
         8 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 1 , wherein the elastic support strip is made of a strip-shaped material, and is not broken when bent greater than 90 degrees and is capable of rebounding. 
     
     
         9 . The rainwater filter according to  claim 1 , wherein when the elastic support strip is bent, an included angle between the elastic support strip and the perforated panel is 25°-75°. 
     
     
         10 . A drainage assembly, comprising a drainage gutter and a rainwater filter, wherein the drainage gutter has a recess portion and a clamping groove portion; the rainwater filter comprises a perforated panel, a filter plate mounted on a top surface of the perforated panel, and at least one elastic support strip mounted on a bottom surface of the perforated panel; one end of the elastic support strip protrudes outwards from the bottom surface of the perforated panel; and one end of the filter plate and/or one end of the elastic support strip abut(s) against an inner wall of the clamping groove portion, and the other end of the elastic support strip abuts against an inner wall of the recess portion.
