Abstract
A cleaning device ( 10 ) comprises a main body ( 10 a ) and a cleaning mechanism ( 200 ), the cleaning mechanism ( 200 ) being connected to the main body, wherein the cleaning mechanism ( 200 ) comprises a carrier assembly ( 201 ), a cleaning member ( 203 ) and a heating member ( 202 ), the cleaning member ( 203 ) being disposed on the carrier assembly ( 201 ) for cleaning a target area to be cleaned; the heating member ( 202 ) being disposed on the carrier assembly ( 201 ) for heating the cleaning member ( 203 ). The heating member ( 202 ) is provided on the carrier assembly ( 201 ) for heating the cleaning member ( 203 ). By heating the cleaning member ( 203 ), the cleaning device ( 10 ) enhances its ability to remove stains and improve the effectiveness of cleaning. Furthermore, heating of the cleaning member ( 203 ) can dry it out when it contains moisture, preventing mold growth and improving its cleanliness.

1 . A cleaning device comprises:
a main body; a cleaning mechanism coupled to the main body, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises:
a carrier assembly;
a cleaning member provided on the carrier assembly, the cleaning member configured for cleaning a target area to be cleaned; and
a heating member provided on the carrier assembly configured for heating the cleaning member.
2 . The cleaning device according to claim 1 , further comprises:
a sensor configured for sensing an environment around the cleaning device; and a processor configured for receiving sensing information output by the sensor to control the heating member comprising:
activating or deactivating the heating member based on the sensing information and after determining that the cleaning device enters or leaves a first predetermined cleaning area, and
deactivating or activating the heating member based on the sensing information and after determining that the cleaning device enters or leaves a second predetermined cleaning area.
3 . The cleaning device according to claim 1 , comprises a communication interface and a processor, the communication interface configured for communicatively coupling the cleaning device and a user terminal, and the processor configured for: receiving a control command output from the user terminal to switch on or switch off the heating member, and controlling the switching on or the switch off of the heating member in accordance with the control command;
wherein the main body is provided with a key for the switching on or the switching off the heating member, and wherein the heating member is switched on or switched off by the key.
4 . The cleaning device according to claim 2 , further comprises:
a temperature sensor configured for detecting a current temperature of the cleaning member; wherein the processor is further configured to: receive the current temperature and, after determining that the current temperature reaches a preset temperature, control a heating power of the heating member, wherein a temperature difference between the current temperature and the preset temperature is less than a preset threshold temperature.
5 . The cleaning device according to claim 1 , wherein the carrier assembly is provided with a cleaning member fixing area on one side towards the area to be cleaned, and wherein the cleaning member fixing area is configured to detachably connect the cleaning member with the carrier assembly.

The cleaning device according to claim 1 , wherein the carrier assembly comprises a carrier member and a heat-conducting plate, the carrier member and the heating member being connected to form a groove, the heating member being disposed in the groove, the heat-conducting plate being connected to the carrier member and pressed against the heating member, the cleaning member being connected to the heat-conducting plate.

The cleaning device according to claim 1 , further comprises a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism being drivably connected to the main body, the carrier assembly being detachably connected to the rotating mechanism, the carrier assembly being rotatably connected to the main body via the rotating mechanism, the cleaning mechanism following the rotating mechanism to rotate to enable cleaning of the cleaning member.

The cleaning device according to claim 7 , wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft being provided with an accommodating cavity, the carrier assembly comprising an adapter, the adapter comprising an abutment unit, an insertion unit and a tab, the abutment unit having an abutment surface, the insertion unit being provided on the abutment surface and protruding relative to the abutment surface, the insertion unit having a side peripheral surface cooperating with the accommodation cavity, the tab being connected to the side peripheral surface and protruding relative to the side peripheral surface, an end of the rotating shaft being abutted with the abutment surface and provided with a slot cooperating with the tab, wherein the insertion unit has a side peripheral surface which fits into the housing cavity, wherein the tab is connected to the side peripheral surface and protrudes relative to the side peripheral surface, and wherein the end of the rotating shaft is set against the side peripheral surface and is provided with a slot which fits into the tab.

The cleaning device according to claim 8 , wherein the rotating mechanism further comprises an elastomer, the elastomer being fixed to the rotating shaft and housed in the accommodation cavity, the side peripheral surface being provided with a restriction groove, and the elastomer being snap-connected to the insertion unit by cooperating with the restriction groove.

The cleaning device according to claim 7 , wherein the carrier assembly comprises an adapter member, a carrier member and a resilient member, the cleaning member being connected to the carrier member, the adapter member being connected to the rotating mechanism, the carrier member being movably connected to the adapter member, and the resilient member being pressed against between the carrier member and the adapter member.

The cleaning device according to claim 10 , wherein the adapter member comprises a base plate, a convex post and a stop member, the base plate having a limiting surface facing the cleaning member, the convex post extending from the limiting surface towards the cleaning member, the carrier member being provided with a sliding hole, the convex post being movably mated with the sliding hole, and the stop member passing through the sliding hole to connect with the convex post.

The cleaning device according to claim 11 , wherein the adapter member further comprises a sleeve connected to the limiting surface and set around a cam, the carrier member comprising a sliding portion, sliding holes being opened in the sliding portion, a sliding cavity being formed between the sleeve and the cam, the sliding portion being slidingly mated with the sliding cavity, and an elastic member being located between the sleeve and the cam.
13 . The cleaning device according to claim 1 , further comprising a battery provided in the main body, the battery being used to power the heating member.
14 . The cleaning device according to claim 13 , wherein the heating member is electrically coupled to the battery by a wired connection or by a wireless connection.

The cleaning device according to claim 13 , further comprising a rotation mechanism, a first conductive assembly, a second conductive assembly, the rotation mechanism being drivably connected to the main body, the carrier assembly being connected to the rotation mechanism, the first conductive assembly being electrically coupled to the battery, the first conductive assembly being threaded into the rotation mechanism and electrically coupled to the second conductive assembly, the second conductive assembly is secured within the rotating mechanism, the heating member being electrically coupled to the second conductive assembly, and the heating member is electrically coupled to the battery by a wired connection.
16 . The cleaning device according to claim 15 , further comprising a temperature control panel, the temperature control panel being provided on the carrier assembly and electrically coupled to the second conductive assembly.
17 . The cleaning device according to claim 16 , wherein the second conductive assembly comprises an upper seat, a lower seat, a thimble and a conductive post, the upper seat and lower seat being provided in a cascade, the thimble being threaded into the upper seat and the thimble being electrically coupled to the first conductive assembly, the lower seat comprising a substrate and a contact body, the contact body being provided on a surface of the substrate towards the upper seat and in contact with the thimble, the conductive post being disposed in the contact body and electrically coupled to both the contact body and the temperature control panel.

The cleaning device according to claim 15 , wherein the first conductive assembly comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve and a wire, the outer sleeve being fixed within the rotating mechanism, the inner sleeve being rotationally socketed within the outer sleeve, the wire being threaded through the inner sleeve and electrically coupled to the second conductive assembly.
19 . The cleaning device according to claim 14 , wherein the wireless connection comprises the battery connected to the heating member by an inductor.
