Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of a water heating device, and particularly discloses a control method of a gas water heating device and a gas water heating device. The gas water heating device comprises a burning device which includes at least two groups of burners; the control method of the gas water heating device comprises: determining whether the currently required load is within a common load range obtained in advance or not in the case that a first preset condition is met; if it is so, controlling a burner or burner combination corresponding to a common segment to conduct burning; the power range corresponding to the common segment comprises the common load range. With the present scheme, the constant-temperature effect of the water heater can be improved, and user experience is improved.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A control method of a gas water heating device, characterized in that, the gas water heating device comprises a burning device which includes at least two groups of burners;
 the control method of the gas water heating device comprises:   determining whether currently required load is within a common load range obtained in advance or not in the case that a first preset condition is met;   if it is so, controlling a burner or burner combination corresponding to a common segment to conduct burning; the power range corresponding to the common segment comprises the common load range.   
     
     
         2 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, the first preset condition includes that a water use signal from a user is received. 
     
     
         3 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, determining whether currently required load is within a common load range obtained in advance or not comprises:
 obtaining a common load range corresponding to the gas water heating device;   determining whether currently required load is within the common load range or not in the case that the common load range corresponding to the gas water heating device is obtained.   
     
     
         4 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 3 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 controlling the burning device to conduct burning in a preset segmented mode in the case that the common load range corresponding to the gas water heating device is not obtained.   
     
     
         5 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 4 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 recording user's water use data of the gas water heating device in a preset period in the case that the common load range corresponding to the gas water heating device is not obtained;   determining the common load range based on the user's water use data in the preset period.   
     
     
         6 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 5 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 obtaining the power range corresponding to each segment of a plurality of segments in the preset segmented mode in the case that the common load range is determined;   generating the common segment based on the common load range in the case that the power range corresponding to each segment does not include the common load range.   
     
     
         7 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 6 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 determining any of at least one of the plurality of segments as the common segment in the case that the power range of the at least one of the plurality of segments includes the common load range.   
     
     
         8 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 6 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 determining a segment with a maximum power upper limit among at least one of the plurality of segments as the common segment in the case that the power range of the at least one of the plurality of segments includes the common load range.   
     
     
         9 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 6 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 determining a segment with a maximum power range span among at least one of the plurality of segments as the common segment in the case that the power range of the at least one of the plurality of segments includes the common load range.   
     
     
         10 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 5 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 recording, the user's water use data of the gas water heating device in a preset period, once every preset time period to update the common load range.   
     
     
         11 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 5 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 recording the user's water use data of the gas water heating device in the preset period starting from a current moment in the case that a second preset condition is met, to update the common load range.   
     
     
         12 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 11 , characterized in that, the second preset condition includes at least one of the following:
 a temperature difference changes beyond a first preset temperature difference range; the temperature difference is a difference between the set temperature and incoming water temperature;   water use volume changes beyond a preset water volume range.   
     
     
         13 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 5 , characterized in that, the user's water use data in the preset period includes the incoming water temperature, the set temperature, and incoming water flow volume at a plurality of moments in the preset period. 
     
     
         14 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 13 , characterized in that, determining and storing the common load range based on the user's water use data in the preset period comprises:
 calculating load values at the plurality of moments in the preset period to obtain load data in the preset period based on the incoming water temperature, the set temperature, and the incoming water flow volume at the plurality of moments in the preset period;   determining the common load range based on the load data in the preset period.   
     
     
         15 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 14 , characterized in that, determining the common load range based on the load data in the preset period comprises:
 screening out load data satisfying a third preset condition from the load data in the preset period;   determining the common load range based on the screened-out load data.   
     
     
         16 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 15 , characterized in that, the third preset condition includes at least one of the following:
 a load value is within a preset load range;   a water incoming volume is within a preset water incoming volume range;   a temperature difference changes below a preset temperature difference; the temperature difference is a difference between the set temperature and incoming water temperature.   
     
     
         17 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 14 , characterized in that, determining the common load range based on the load data in the preset period comprises:
 dividing the preset period into a plurality of time periods;   determining a common load range corresponding to each of the plurality of time periods based on load data in each of the plurality of time periods.   
     
     
         18 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 3 , characterized in that, the common load range includes the common load range corresponding to each of the plurality of time periods;
 correspondingly, obtaining a common load range corresponding to the gas water heating device comprises:   determining a target time period corresponding to the current moment;   obtaining a common load range of the gas water heating device in the target time period.   
     
     
         19 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 controlling the burning device to conduct burning in a preset segmented mode in the case that it is determined that the currently required load is not within the common load range obtained in advance.   
     
     
         20 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 19 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 when controlling the burning device to conduct burning in a preset segmented mode, determining whether currently required load is within the common load range or not in the case that a fourth preset condition is met;   controlling the burning device to switch to the burner or burner combination corresponding to the common segment to conduct burning in the case that it is determined that the currently required load is within the common load range.   
     
     
         21 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 20 , characterized in that, the fourth preset condition includes at least one of the following:
 incoming water flow volume or outgoing water flow volume changes beyond a first preset flow volume range;   a temperature difference changes beyond a second preset temperature difference range; the temperature difference is a difference between the set temperature and incoming water temperature.   
     
     
         22 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 when controlling a burner or burner combination corresponding to a common segment to conduct burning, determining whether currently required load is within the common load range or not in the case that a fifth preset condition is met;   controlling an opening degree of a gas proportional valve of the gas water heating device based on the currently required load in the case that it is determined that the currently required load is within the common load range.   
     
     
         23 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 22 , characterized in that, the control method of the gas water heating device further comprises:
 controlling the burning device to switch to conduct burning in a preset segmented mode in the case that it is determined that the currently required load is not within the common load range.   
     
     
         24 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 22 , characterized in that, the fifth preset condition includes at least one of the following:
 incoming water flow volume or outgoing water flow volume changes beyond a second preset flow volume range;   a temperature difference changes beyond a third preset temperature difference range; the temperature difference is a difference between the set temperature and incoming water temperature.   
     
     
         25 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, the gas water heating device further comprises: at least two gas transportation channels that can be independently opened and closed; the at least two gas transportation channels are arranged one-to-one correspondingly to the at least two groups of burners;
 the at least two groups of burners include a first group of burners and a second group of burners;   in the case that the currently required load is within the common load range obtained in advance, if the burner or burner combination corresponding to the common segment includes the first group of burners and the second group of burners, the first group of burners and the second group of burners are controlled to perform burning simultaneously.   
     
     
         26 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 25 , characterized in that, the at least two groups of burners further include a third group of burners located between the first group of burners and the second group of burners;
 the third group of burners can be ignited by the first group of burners or the second group of burners in a burning state.   
     
     
         27 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 26 , characterized in that, in the case that the currently required load is within the common load range obtained in advance, if the burner or burner combination corresponding to the common segment includes the third group of burners, the first group of burners or the second group of burners are controlled to start burning, and after the first group of burners or the second group of burners in a burning state are controlled to ignite the third group of burners, the first group of burners and/or the second group of burners are controlled to maintain burning or to be closed. 
     
     
         28 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 25 , characterized in that, the at least two groups of burners further include a third group of burners and a fourth group of burners located between the first group of burners and the second group of burners;
 the third group of burners and the fourth group of burners can be ignited respectively by the first group of burners and the second group of burners in a burning state.   
     
     
         29 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 28 , characterized in that, in the case that the currently required load is within the common load range obtained in advance, if the burner or burner combination corresponding to the common segment includes the third group of burners and the fourth group of burners, the first group of burners and the second group of burners are controlled to start burning, and after the first group of burners and the second group of burners in a burning state are controlled to respectively ignite the third group of burners and the fourth group of burners, the first group of burners and/or the second group of burners are controlled to maintain burning or to be closed. 
     
     
         30 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 28 , characterized in that, the at least two groups of burners further include a fifth group of burners located between the third group of burners and the fourth group of burners;
 the fifth group of burners can be ignited by the third group of burners or the fourth group of burners in a burning state; the third group of burners and the fourth group of burners can be ignited by the fifth group of burners in a burning state.   
     
     
         31 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 30 , characterized in that, in the case that the currently required load is within the common load range obtained in advance, if the burner or burner combination corresponding to the common segment includes the fifth group of burners, the first group of burners or the second group of burners are controlled to start burning, the first group of burners or the second group of burners in a burning state are controlled to ignite the third group of burners or the fourth group of burners, and after the third group of burners or the fourth group of burners are controlled to ignite the fifth group of burners, the first group of burners, the second group of burners, the third group of burners and/or the fourth group of burners are controlled to maintain burning or to be closed. 
     
     
         32 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 28 , characterized in that, the first group of burners have the same power range as the second group of burners; the third group of burners have the same power range as the fourth group of burners. 
     
     
         33 . A control method of a gas water heating device, characterized in that, the gas water heating device comprises a burning device which includes at least two groups of burners;
 the control method of the gas water heating device comprises:   obtaining user's water use data of the gas water heating device in a preset period;   determining a target segmented mode corresponding to the gas water heating device based on the user's water use data in the preset period, to control burning based on the target segmented mode; the target segmented mode includes a common segment; the power range corresponding to the common segment comprises a common load range.   
     
     
         34 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 33 , characterized in that, determining a target segmented mode corresponding to the gas water heating device based on the user's water use data in the preset period comprises:
 obtaining a power range corresponding to each of the at least two groups of burners;   determining the common load range based on the user's water use data in the preset period;   generating the target segmented mode corresponding to the gas water heating device according to the power range corresponding to each of the groups of burners and the common power range.   
     
     
         35 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 33 , characterized in that, determining a target segmented mode corresponding to the gas water heating device based on the user's water use data in the preset period comprises:
 obtaining at least one preset segmented mode;   determining the common load range based on the user's water use data in the preset period;   determining the target segmented mode from the at least one preset segmented mode according to the user's water use data in the preset period.   
     
     
         36 . The control method of a gas water heating device according to  claim 33 , characterized in that, controlling burning based on the target segmented mode comprises:
 determining whether currently required load is within the common load range or not in the case that a first preset condition is met;   if it is so, controlling a burner or burner combination corresponding to a common segment to conduct burning.   
     
     
         37 . A gas water heating device, characterized in that, the gas water heating device comprises a burning device and a controller, and the burning device includes at least two groups of burners;
 the controller is used for: determining whether currently required load is within a common load range obtained in advance or not in the case that a first preset condition is met; if it is so, controlling a burner or burner combination corresponding to a common segment to conduct burning; the power range corresponding to the common segment comprises the common load range.
