Abstract
A straightening machine (1) for straightening profiles includes a plurality of straightening rollers (3) arranged opposite each other on both sides of a straightening line and forming a straightening path, at least some of the straightening rollers being arranged on vertically extending straightening shafts (4) such that they can be horizontally and/or axially adjusted with respect to a profile that is moved in the straightening path. At least some of the straightening shafts (4) can be hydraulically horizontally and/or axially adjusted.

16 . A straightening machine ( 1 ) for straightening profiles, comprising:
a plurality of straightening rollers ( 3 ) arranged offset opposite one another on both sides of a straightening line and forming a straightening path, at least some of the straightening rollers being arranged on vertically extending straightening shafts ( 4 ) such that they can be horizontally and/or axially adjusted in relation to a profile that is moved in the straightening path, wherein at least some of the straightening shafts ( 4 ) are individually hydraulically horizontally and/or axially adjustable.
17 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 16 ,
wherein at least one straightening shaft ( 4 ) for horizontal adjustment is arranged to be movable about a vertical pivot axis ( 23 ) on a horizontal circular arc section with respect to the straightening line.
18 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 16 ,
wherein at least one straightening shaft ( 4 ) is pivotably mounted in a machine frame ( 2 ) of the straightening machine ( 1 ).
19 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 18 ,
wherein the at least one straightening shaft ( 4 ) is held in at least one pivot bearing of the machine frame ( 2 ).
20 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 17 ,
wherein the at least one pivotably mounted straightening shaft ( 4 ) has an abutment on an opposite side of the straightening line.
21 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 17 ,
wherein the at least one pivotably mounted straightening shaft ( 4 ) is adjustable via at least one hydraulic piston/cylinder arrangement, which is pivotably articulated on an opposite side of the straightening line.
22 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 16 ,
wherein at least some of the straightening shafts ( 4 ) are driven individually.
23 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 16 , further comprising
an adjustment force control and/or position control of at least one straightening shaft ( 4 ).
24 . The straightening machine ( 1 ) according to claim 16 ,
wherein the straightening machine ( 1 ) is a vertical straightening machine.
25 . A method for straightening profiles in a straightening machine ( 1 ), comprising:
straightening a profile by a plurality of straightening rollers ( 3 ) on vertically extending straightening shafts ( 4 ), by individually and independently hydraulically horizontally and/or axially adjusting the straightening rollers ( 3 ) against a profile on both sides of a straightening line in a straightening path while applying a straightening force.
26 . The method according to claim 25 ,
wherein at least some straightening rollers ( 3 ) are adjusted via a pivot point bearing.
27 . The method according to claim 25 ,
wherein the straightening rollers ( 3 ) are each driven individually.
28 . The method according to claim 25 ,
wherein the straightening rollers ( 3 ) arranged on one side of the straightening line can be actively adjusted horizontally, whereas the straightening rollers ( 3 ) provided on an opposite side of the straightening line are mounted horizontally in a fixed position.
29 . The method according to claim 25 ,
