Drinking vessel with covering, and handbag and holding device for drinking vessel

Abstract

A drinking vessel has a container for a beverage and includes a covering. The drinking vessel has a support structure accommodating the container. The covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container. Further, a holding device for a drinking vessel of this kind is disclosed, which has a sleeve body with a receptacle adapted to the support structure of the container, in which receptacle the drinking vessel can be held, wherein at least one connection means for fastening the holding device in the bag body of a handbag is provided.

1 . A drinking vessel comprising:
 a container for a beverage, the container having a covering; and   a support structure configured to accommodate the container,   wherein the covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container,   wherein the container is detachably fixed to the support structure,   wherein the container is cup-shaped and has a container bottom wall and a side wall connected to the container bottom wall,   wherein the support structure is configured as a hollow body having a cavity and having a cavity wall surrounding the side wall of the container and wherein an insulation space is formed between the side wall of the container and the hollow body,   wherein the support structure has a container bottom-side opening,   wherein the container has on its bottom-side container section a mounting structure protruding through the container bottom-side opening of the support structure,   wherein the mounting structure protruding through the container bottom-side opening of the support structure has a dovetail-shaped cross section with an undercut,   wherein for the detachable fixing of the container, the support structure has elastically deformable tongues that protrude into the undercut of the mounting structure.   
     
     
         2 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 1 , wherein the elastically deformable tongues are attached on respective holding bars being arranged parallel to a tangent at which a respective deformable tongue contacts the undercut when the container is fixed to the support structure, and
 wherein the elastically deformable tongues and the respective holding bars are configured to undergo a torsional movement when the container is attached to or detached from the support structure.   
     
     
         3 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 1 , wherein the support structure has a support part configured to support the container in a bottom-side container section. 
     
     
         4 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 1 , wherein support bodies having support sections for abutting the side wall of the container are formed on the cavity wall on a side facing the side wall of the container.

The drinking vessel according to  claim 4 , wherein for the detachable fixing of the container on the support structure, the support bodies have a holding contour that is configured to engage over a side wall part of the side wall in a holding section of the container and that serves to press the container in the support structure against the support part with a clamping force when the holding contour engages over the side wall part.

The drinking vessel according to  claim 1 , wherein the mounting structure protruding through the container bottom-side opening of the support structure has an external thread configured to be screwed into an internal thread formed on the support structure for the detachable fixing of the container. 
     
     
         7 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 1 , wherein the container is held in the support structure by magnetic force for the detachable fixing to the support structure.

         27 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 7 , wherein magnetizable material is arranged in the container bottom wall and a magnetic element is integrated into the support structure in a section opposite the container bottom wall.

The drinking vessel according to  claim 1 , wherein a container top is detachably connected to the drinking vessel and has a concave recess, into which a beverage accommodated in the container can be fed from the container through a container opening opposite the container bottom. 
     
     
         29 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 27 , further comprising a container sealing element for sealing the container top to the container. 
     
     
         30 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 27 , wherein the container top engages over an opening-side container section with a container connection part or the container top has an external thread which can be screwed onto an internal thread formed in the opening-side container section with a container connection part and has an annular part with an annular flange-shaped abutment surface which, when the container top is connected to the container accommodated in the support structure, faces an opening edge of the cavity of the support structure, wherein the container top defines with the support structure an annular air-filled container isolation space that is coaxial with the container opening and that separates the support structure from the container connection part of the container top. 
     
     
         31 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 1 , wherein the covering consists of a flexible material. 
     
     
         32 . A handbag having the drinking vessel according to  claim 31 , wherein the handbag is made at least partially of the flexible material. 
     
     
         33 . A drinking vessel comprising:
 a container for a beverage and having a covering; and   a support structure configured to accommodate the container,   wherein the covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container,   wherein the container is detachably fixed to the support structure,   wherein the container is cup-shaped and has a container bottom wall and a side wall connected to the container bottom wall,   wherein the support structure is formed as a hollow body having a cavity and having a cavity wall surrounding the side wall of the container, and an insulation space being formed between the side wall of the container and the hollow body,   wherein a container top detachably connected to the container is provided with a concave recess, into which a beverage accommodated in the container can be fed from the container through a container opening opposite the container base,   wherein the container top engages over an opening-side container section with a container connection part or the container top engages in the opening-side container section with the container connection part, the container top having an annular part with an annular flange-shaped abutment surface which, when the container top is connected to the container accommodated in the support structure, faces an opening edge of the cavity of the support structure.   
     
     
         34 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , wherein the container top has an external thread which can be screwed onto an internal thread formed in the opening-side container section with the container connection part. 
     
     
         35 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , further comprising a container sealing element configured to seal the container top to the container. 
     
     
         36 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 35 , wherein the covering is folded over the opening edge of the cavity of the support structure onto a side of the cavity wall facing the opening-side container section, and wherein the annular flange-shaped contact face abuts the opening edge on the covering when the container top is connected to the container accommodated in the support structure. 
     
     
         37 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , wherein the container top has a container opening connecting the interior of the container with the concave recess and has an adjustable lid body for the optional releasing and closing of the container opening. 
     
     
         38 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 37 , further comprising a lid body sealing element arranged between the lid body and the container top for sealing the lid body to the container top. 
     
     
         39 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , further comprising a cover element being detachably connected to a bottom-side container section of the support structure and engaging over the covering. 
     
     
         40 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , wherein the support structure is made of an elastically deformable material, whose modulus of elasticity is greater than the modulus of elasticity of the material of the container. 
     
     
         41 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 40 , wherein the support structure is made of a plastic material. 
     
     
         42 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , wherein for the detachable fixing of the container on the support structure:
 the support structure has a holding contour that is configured to engage over a side wall part of the side wall in a holding section of the container and that serves to press the container in the support structure against the support part with a clamping force when the holding contour engages over the side wall part and wherein the container defines with the support structure an annular air-filled container isolation space that is coaxial with the container opening and that separates the support structure from the container connection part of the container top.   
     
     
         43 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , wherein the container has on its bottom-side container section a mounting structure. 
     
     
         44 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 43 , wherein the mounting structure protruding through the container bottom-side opening of the support structure has an external thread configured to be screwed into an internal thread formed on the support structure for the detachable fixing of the container. 
     
     
         45 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 33 , wherein the container is held in the support structure by magnetic force for the detachable fixing to the support structure. 
     
     
         46 . The drinking vessel according to  claim 45 , wherein magnetizable material is arranged in the container bottom wall and a magnetic element is integrated into the support structure in a section opposite the container bottom wall.
