Abstract

The present invention discloses a flip-type photo frame, which adopts an opening—and—closing flip cover to be turned to open an insert cavity, so that a photo or a picture can be replaced conveniently. The opening—and—closing flip cover can be turned and is supported and limited by an elastic positioning part. The elastic positioning part is preferably in an arc shape or a V-like shape, to apply an outward elastic restoring force on the opening—and—closing flip cover in a radial direction of the arc or an inclined direction, so that the opening—and—closing flip cover can be kept at a closed position or an open position.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A flip-type photo frame, comprising:
a frame body, wherein an insert cavity for arranging a photo is arranged in the frame body, and the insert cavity is provided with a mounting opening for allowing the photo to enter the insert cavity; an opening—and—closing flip cover, wherein the opening—and—closing flip cover is turnably arranged on the frame body and forms a closing position and an opening position on a turning track thereof, so that the mounting opening is in a closed state or an opened state; and an elastic positioning part, wherein the elastic positioning part acts between the opening—and—closing flip cover and the frame body, and wherein, when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the closing position, the elastic positioning part abuts against the opening—and—closing flip cover to keep the opening—and—closing flip cover in the closed state, and when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the opening position, the elastic positioning part abuts against the opening—and—closing flip cover to keep the opening—and—closing flip cover in the open state.

         2 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 1 , wherein
the elastic positioning part is arranged on the frame body, and the elastic positioning part is provided with a closing positioning portion and an opening positioning portion; when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the closing position, the closing positioning portion abuts against the opening—and—closing flip cover, to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover from being turned toward the opening position; when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the opening position, the opening positioning portion abuts against the opening—and—closing flip cover, to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover from being turned toward the closing position; and the closing positioning portion and the opening positioning portion form an arc shape or a V-like shape, to apply an outward elastic restoring force on the opening—and—closing flip cover in a radial direction of the arc or an inclined direction.

         3 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 2 , wherein
the frame body is provided with a first mounting portion, which is provided with a limiting strip projecting downwards; the opening—and—closing flip cover is provided with a rotary connecting portion, the elastic positioning parts is arranged under the rotary connecting portion, and the rotary connecting portion and the limiting strip form a detachable turning connection.

         4 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 2 , wherein
the frame body is provided with a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion, the first positioning portion abuts against the opening—and—closing flip cover in a supporting manner when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the closing position, and the second positioning portion abuts against the opening—and—closing flip cover in a supporting manner when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the opening position.

         5 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 3 , wherein
the rotary connecting portion comprises a second mounting portion, which is provided with a first limiting portion, a second limiting portion, and a first fastening cavity formed between the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion, wherein the first fastening cavity is in a shape matched with that of the limiting strip to allow the limiting strip to be accommodated in the first fastening cavity when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the opening position.

6 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 5 , wherein the rotary connecting portion further comprises a positioning sticking portion, which is arranged at an outer end of the second mounting portion and is arranged in an extending direction of the second limiting portion; and
when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the closing position, a lower surface of the positioning sticking portion abuts against the elastic positioning part to keep the opening—and—closing flip cover in the closed state, and when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the opening position, both an upper surface of the positioning sticking portion and an outer surface of the first limiting portion abut against the elastic positioning part to keep the opening—and—closing flip cover in the opened state.

7 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 5 , wherein the opening—and—closing flip cover is further provided with a dismounting position between the closing position and the opening position on the turning track thereof; and
the limiting strip and the first mounting portion are arranged at an angle of 90, and when the opening—and—closing flip cover is located at the dismounting position, an opening direction of the first fastening cavity and the limiting strip are at an angle of 105° to 135, so that an obliquely downward action force can be applied to detach the rotary connecting portion from the limiting strip.

8 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 7 , wherein a side that is of the first limiting portion and that is away from the second limiting portion and/or a side that is of the second limiting portion and that is away from the second limiting portion are/is provided with a mounting guide slope/mounting guide slopes; or
a side that is of the first mounting portion and that faces the closing position is provided with a dismounting guide slope.

9 . The flip-type photo frame according to claim 7 , wherein the frame body 4 is formed into a square by assembling four assembly rods, a rear side of each of the assembly rods is provided with an assembly slot, and a connecting component is arranged between adjacent assembly rods for a fixed connection; and the connecting component comprises a pressure-bearing plate, a screw joint plate, and a screw joint bolt, wherein the screw joint plate is provided with a screw joint hole, and the screw joint bolt is in threaded fit to a corresponding screw joint hole and abuts against corresponding pressure-bearing plate.

         10 . The flip-type photo frame according to  claim 9 , wherein the mounting opening is provided on at least one of a left side, a right side and an upper side of the frame body;
the four assembly rods are one opening rod and three peripheral rods respectively, the opening—and—closing flip cover is arranged on the opening rod, and the insert cavity comprises accommodating slots arranged in the peripheral rods; and a mounting cavity is arranged in the opening rod, the elastic positioning part is arranged in the mounting cavity, the interior of the mounting cavity is separately provided with a retaining portion at a front side and rear side of the elastic positioning part, and the first mounting portion is arranged at a rear side of an outward opening of the mounting cavity along the frame body.
