Constant temperature and humidity system
Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a constant temperature and humidity system, and more particularly a constant temperature and humidity system including a main body with a blower fan that draws indoor air installed on the rear side and four spaces for air movement up, down, left and right on the front side in which an outlet and damper is installed in each space to control the opening and closing of the damper, not only the constant temperature and humidity of the indoor air is achieved, but also the opening and closing or the opening rate of the air-supplying damper and the air-exhausting damper are adjusted, so that smoke can be quickly removed in case of fire to promote safety.

a main body configured to be installed inside or outside an air conditioning target space, be provided with a front part and a rear part separated by a partition, and supplying air to the inside of the air conditioning target space by introducing indoor air with the blower fan disposed on the rear part to perform heat exchange, a first upper space and a second upper space completely separated by a first partition in an upper part of the front part, and a first lower space and a second lower space completely separated by a second partition in a lower part of the front part, wherein the first upper space and the first lower space are completely separated by a third partition, and the second upper space and the second lower space are completely separated by a fourth partition, wherein a front side of the first upper space is open with a first outlet through which air flows into the air conditioning target space, and a rear side of the first upper space is closed so as to be partitioned from the rear part, wherein the second upper space is provided with a first damper that opens and closes on a front side thereof to regulate air with the air conditioning target space, a second damper on a side surface thereof through which external air is introduced, and a second outlet on a rear side thereof through which the air flows with the rear part, wherein the first lower space is provided with a third outlet connected to the blower fan on a rear side thereof, a third damper for discharging air to the outside on a side thereof, and a fourth damper for regulating air with the air conditioning target space on a front side thereof, and wherein the first upper space is provided with a first outlet through which air flows into the air conditioning target space on a front side thereof, and a rear side thereof is closed so as to be partitioned from the rear part.
2 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 1 , comprising: an upper chamber communicated with the first upper space and the second upper space, respectively, and connected to the air conditioning target space outside the first upper space and the second upper space, and
a lower chamber communicated with the first lower space and the second lower space, respectively, and connected to the air conditioning target space outside the first lower space and the second lower space.
3 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 1 , wherein the third partition is provided with a fifth damper 134 , and the fourth partition is provided with a sixth damper.
4 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 2 , wherein, with the first damper of the second upper space and the fourth damper of the first lower space opened, by the rotation of the blower pan, the indoor air of the air conditioning target space is introduced into the second upper space through the upper chamber, passes through the second outlet, undergoes heat exchange at the rear part, passes through the third outlet of the first lower space, is discharged to the lower chamber through the fourth damper on the front side of the first lower space, and is supplied to the air conditioning target space.
5 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 4 , wherein, by the additional opening of the second damper of the second upper space, the air passing through the third outlet is discharged to the outside through the third damper.
6 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 4 , wherein, by the additional opening of the second damper of the second upper space, the indoor air of the air conditioning target space is introduced through the first damper, the outdoor air is introduced through the second damper, and the air passing through the blower fan and the third outlet is discharged to the lower chamber through the fourth damper and supplied to the air conditioning target space.
7 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 3 , wherein, with the first damper of the second upper space and the fourth damper of the first lower space closed, when the fifth damper of the first lower space and the sixth damper of the second lower space are opened, indoor air of the air conditioning target space is introduced through the lower chamber, passes through the fourth outlet, passes through the sixth damper in the second lower space to the second upper space, passes through the second outlet to undergo exchanging heat, passes through the blower fan, passes through the fifth damper is opened between the first lower space and the first upper space and the first outlet and supplied to the air conditioning target space via the upper chamber.
8 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 7 , wherein, by the additional opening of the third damper of the first lower space, indoor air discharged from the third outlet of the first lower space is discharged to the outside through the third damper.
9 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 7 , wherein, by the additional opening of the second damper of the second upper space, outdoor air is introduced through the second damper in the second upper space, and indoor air and outdoor air are combined to pass through the blower fan, pass through the fifth damper in the first lower space, and is discharged from the first upper space to the upper chamber through the first outlet.
10 . The constant temperature and humidity system of claim 2 , wherein the upper chamber and the lower chamber, respectively, have a wide rear side and a narrow front side toward the air conditioning target space.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
