Abstract

The invention disclosed herein relates to a game that may be digital or physical in structure that uses a plurality of specialized playing cards that use positive and negative number cards to create mathematical equations. Players are dealt a variety of cards that comprise numbers and specialty and assistance cards that work together to create even or odd equation melds comprising the sums or differences to obtain the integers of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11. Playing cards associated with the game are separated in their own suit, but joined together in one mixed deck. Deck variety comprises 108 positive number cards, negative number cards and specialty and assistance. Each inventive card has displayed on one of its faces either a positive number or negative number and opposite the number side are the suits' title side, which displays the name of the game.

1 . A specialized playing card game that comprises digital or physical attributes and includes but not limited to:
 a first suit and a second suit;   where said first suit has a plurality of playing cards, each card having a first and a second face, with each first face having displayed thereon a positive number and the second face having displayed thereon a game title;   where said second suite has a plurality of playing cards, each card having a first and a second face, with each first face having displayed thereon a negative number and the second face having displayed thereon a game title;   wherein the first suit is selected from at least a first positive number, a second positive number, or a third positive number;   wherein the second suit is selected from at least a first negative number, a second negative number, or a third negative number;   and wherein the game being further characterized in that the plurality of playing cards define at least a first distinct set, a second distinct set or a third distinct set of cards of the first suit;   and wherein the game being further characterized in that the plurality of playing cards define at least a first distinct set, a second distinct set or a third distinct set of cards of the second suit;   wherein the first set of cards includes a first plurality of different cards all having numbers different from each of the other cards of the first set;   wherein the second set of cards includes a second plurality of different cards all having numbers different from each of the other cards of the second set;   wherein the third set of cards includes a third plurality of different cards all having numbers different from each of the other cards of the third set;   and wherein the first set, or the second set, or the third set of plurality of first and second suit cards may be arranged into one ordered group row, with each first, second or third set of plurality of cards comprising of a non ordered sequence of number playing cards of first and second suit;   (a) The game, according to claim  1 , further comprises 108 playing cards that embody positive and negative number cards.   (b) The game, according to claim  1 , further comprises a neutral 0 and positive card numbers of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10, 11.   (c) The game, according to claim  1 , further comprises a neutral 0 and negative card numbers of −1, −2, −3, −4, −5, −6, −7, −8, −9, −10, −11.   (d) The game, according to claim  1 , further comprises a mixture of numbers, symbols or words, wherein the numbers, symbols or words are selected from numerical sources that align with mathematical, numerical or numeral characteristics.   (e) The game according to claim  1 , wherein the numbers, symbols or words are centrally positioned on each of the plurality of playing cards first face.   (f) The game according to claim  1 , wherein the game name is centrally positioned on each of the plurality of playing cards' second face.   (g) The game, according to claim  1 , wherein the first and second suit further comprises a mixture of specialty and assistance cards.   (h) The game, according to claim  1 , wherein a specialty and assistance card may comprise a reverse direction, an odd call, an even call, a pass, a wild or a draw.   (i) The game, according to claim  1 , wherein the first and second suit has a first or a second selected color, and the first, second, and third number, symbol or word has a third, a fourth, or a fifth selected color, and wherein the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth colors are different from one another.   (j) The game, according to claim  1 , wherein the first and second suit has a first, a second or a third, selected colors, and wherein the color of the selected number, symbol or word is different than the color of the selected face card.   (k) The game, according to claim  1 , wherein the specialized playing card game may be digital in structure, where said structure may compromise software, programming languages or application code.   
     
     
         2 . A specialized playing card game where the method of playing includes but not limited to:
 (a) dealing a plurality of positive number cards, negative number cards and specialty and assistance cards to each player;   (b) dealing one card to a table face up at start of game;   (c) a first player in succession may play a card to mathematically meld with a previously played card and/or table card to equal an odd or an even sum or difference or use specialty and assistance cards in accordance with a player's strategy;   (d) a player in succession may draw a card from deck or play a card face up to meld with a previously played card and/or table card to make an even or an odd equation melds comprising the sums or differences to obtain the integers of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11;   (e) a player in succession may use a specialty and assistance card to shift the play of the game from even to odd equation melds or odd to even equation melds with either an odd call card or an even call card;   (f) a player in succession may use a specialty and assistance card to reverse direction with a reverse card;   (g) a player in succession may use a specialty and assistance card to pass his or her turn or another player's turn with a pass card;   (h) a player in succession may use a specialty and assistance card to force a player to draw with a draw card;   (i) a player in succession may use a specialty and assistance card to even call, odd call, reverse, pass, dictate color of cards in play or draw with a wild card;   (j) a player in succession may play the final card to meld with previously played card and/or table card in accordance with odd or even state of play.   
     
     
         1 . The method of claim  2 , wherein the previously played card and/or table card is the base card from which a player must meld a positive number card or a negative number card or an odd number card or an even number card to form the equation or an integer combination to make even or odd number melds. 
     
     
         2 . The method of claim  2 , wherein a player must play a card that adds to or subtracts from a previously played card and/or table card to form even or odd sum or difference. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein a negative previously played card and/or table card and a current negative playing card still form a sum equation in the play of the game. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein the game cannot terminate until a winning player has no cards remaining in hand. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein a player must vocally convey the potential even or odd sum or difference before securing melds. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein a first played card and/or table card dictates the initial odd or even integer state of play. 
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein a player may remove all negative number cards and play with all positive number cards. 
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein only playing with positive number cards the sum or difference is no longer required, only to play the integers of the odd number cards or even number cards.
