Abstract

A refrigerant reservoir container has a container body that forms an outer shell, an inflow pipe connected to the container body and through which two-phase gas-liquid refrigerant flows into an upper space in the container body, an outflow pipe connected to the container body and through which gas refrigerant and liquid refrigerant flow from the upper space in the container body to an outside of the container body, and an undulation prevention plate that is located in the container body and partitions an internal space of the container body into the upper space and a lower space. The undulation prevention plate is provided with a plurality of through holes through which the upper space and the lower space communicate with each other and through which liquid refrigerant flows into the lower space. The plurality of through holes are annularly arranged along an inner wall surface of the container body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A refrigerant reservoir container, comprising:
a container body that forms an outer shell of the refrigerant reservoir container; an inflow pipe connected to the container body and through which two-phase gas-liquid refrigerant flows into an upper space in the container body; an outflow pipe connected to the container body and through which gas refrigerant and liquid refrigerant flow from the upper space in the container body to an outside of the container body; and an undulation prevention plate that is located in the container body and partitions an internal space of the container body into the upper space and a lower space, the refrigerant reservoir container being formed to separate the two-phase gas-liquid refrigerant into gas refrigerant and liquid refrigerant and to store the liquid refrigerant in the lower space in the refrigerant reservoir container, the undulation prevention plate being provided with a plurality of through holes through which the upper space and the lower space communicate with each other and through which liquid refrigerant flows into the lower space, the plurality of through holes being annularly arranged along an inner wall surface of the container body, of the plurality of through holes, a through hole being located closer to the inflow pipe having a hole diameter larger than a hole diameter of a through hole located closer to the outflow pipe.

         2 . (canceled)

3 . The refrigerant reservoir container of claim 1 , wherein
the inflow pipe is connected to the container body such that a discharge port of the inflow pipe faces toward a position, on an upper surface of the undulation prevention plate, that avoids the plurality of through holes.

4 . The refrigerant reservoir container of claim 3 , wherein the position that avoids the plurality of through holes is a center position of the upper surface of the undulation prevention plate.

5 . The refrigerant reservoir container of claim 1 , wherein the inflow pipe is connected to the container body such that a discharge port of the inflow pipe faces in a circumferential direction of the inner wall surface of the container body.

6 . The refrigerant reservoir container of claim 1 , wherein the undulation prevention plate has a liquid guide portion that is inclined toward the lower space and guides liquid refrigerant to the plurality of through holes.

7 . The refrigerant reservoir container of claim 6 , wherein the undulation prevention plate has a shape protruding toward an upper surface of the container body, and
an inclined surface inclined from a protruding portion toward the inner wall surface of the container body forms the liquid guide portion.

         8 . A refrigeration cycle apparatus, comprising:
the refrigerant reservoir container of claim 1 ; and a compressor connected to the refrigerant reservoir container via the outflow pipe.
