Claims

Abstract

A structural insulated building panel (SIBP) including an insulating core section configured to receive an insulating material including at least one of, a hard polyurethane (PUR), an expanded polyurethane, polymers, plastics, fiberglass and mineral wool foam or ay other rigid insulating material with structural properties; a first spacer assembly between the outer skin and the insulating material for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material; a wall panel connector for connecting the SIBP to at least one of, a flooring area, a ceiling area, other embodiments may include mounting the form to a sill plate, or a purlin or a concrete footer beam or header beam or column; a cross panel connector; and an outer cover or exterior sheeting into engagement with the insulating core section and/or material through the cross panel connector; panels may be pre and post tensioned in various manners.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A structural insulated building panel (SIBP) comprising;
 an insulating core section, said insulating core section is comprised of an insulating material including at least one of, a hard polyurethane (PUR), an expanded polyurethane, polymers, plastics, fiberglass, and mineral wool foam or any other rigid insulating material;   a first spacer assembly, said first spacer assembly provides a space between the foam and the skin that comprises a first chamber for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material;   a wall panel connector, said wall panel connector is operable for connecting said SIBP to at least one of, a flooring area, a ceiling area, a sill plate, a purlin, and a concrete footer beam;   across panel connector; and   an outer cover or exterior sheeting, said outer cover or exterior sheeting is engaged to said insulating core section and/or material through said cross panel connector and bonds to the insulating core when the bonding material is poured in and around the spacers and the form that it comprises between the skin and the insulating core.   
     
     
         2 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 1  further comprising a second spacer assembly, said second spacer assembly provides a space between the foam and the skin that comprises a second chamber for receiving a second insulating material including concrete, composite or bonding material on the opposite side in the same manner. 
     
     
         3 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 2 , further comprising a first flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving a first EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials. 
     
     
         4 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 3  further comprising a second flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving a second EMF shielding material and/or an SIBP strengthening material. 
     
     
         5 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 4  further comprising a first laterally positioned stabilizer engaged with said first flowable fill or bonder cavity for additional support. 
     
     
         6 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 5  further comprising a second laterally positioned stabilizer engaged with said second flowable fill or bonder cavity for additional support. 
     
     
         7 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 6  further comprising a first cross inter-panel connector, said first cross inter-panel connector configured to be operable for interconnecting multiple SIBPs to form at least one of, a wall, a floor and a ceiling structure. Cross panel connections can be concrete or bonder material forms fully adjustable by cutting back foam to adjust beam thickness. 
     
     
         8 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 7  further comprising a second cross inter-panel connector configured to be operable for interconnecting the multiple SIBPs forming at least one of, a wall, a floor and a ceiling structure. 
     
     
         9 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 2 , wherein said first chamber and second chamber comprises a disc-shaped metal, composite, elastomer, rubber or alloy material. 
     
     
         10 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 4 , wherein said structural insulated building panel (SIBP) is pre-configured and cured before transporting to a construction site and installed by a tilting process or laminated on the site on vertical position. 
     
     
         11 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 4 , wherein said cross panel connector is operable for prestressing or post tensioning said SIBP by tightening or loosening the cross panel connector or a cross connector on a row of panels in alignment. 
     
     
         12 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 4 , wherein said outer cover or exterior sheeting comprises a first outer cover or exterior sheeting engaging a surface area of said first flowable fill or bonder cavity. 
     
     
         13 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 12 , wherein said outer cover or exterior sheeting further comprises a second outer cover or exterior sheeting engaging a surface area of said second flowable fill or bonder cavity. 
     
     
         14 . A structural insulated building panel (SIBP) comprising;
 an insulating core section, wherein said insulating core section is configured to receive an insulating material;   a first spacer assembly, said first spacer assembly is configured to be operable for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material;   a second spacer assembly, said second spacer assembly is configured to be operable for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material;   a first flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving a first EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials;   a second flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving a second EMF shielding material and/or an SIBP strengthening material;   a wall panel connector, said wall panel connector is operable for connecting said SIBP to at least one of, a flooring area, a ceiling area, a sill plate, a purlin, and a concrete header or footer beam or column;   a cross panel connector;   a first outer cover or exterior sheeting, said first outer cover or exterior sheeting is engaged to said first flowable fill or bonder cavity through a first end of said cross panel connector; and   a second outer cover or exterior sheeting, said second outer cover or exterior sheeting is engaged to said first flowable fill or bonder cavity through a second end of said cross panel connector.   
     
     
         15 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 14  further comprising:
 a first laterally positioned stabilizer engaged with said first EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials disposed is said first flowable fill or bonder cavity for additional support; and 
 a second laterally positioned stabilizer engaged with said second EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials disposed in said second flowable fill or bonder cavity for additional support. 
 
     
     
         16 . A structural insulated building panel (SIBP) comprising;
 an insulating core section, wherein said insulating core section is configured to receive an insulating material;   a spacer assembly, said spacer assembly is configured to be operable for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material;   a flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials;   a wall panel connector, said wall panel connector is operable for connecting said SIBP to at least one of, a flooring area, a ceiling area, a sill plate, a purlin, and a concrete footer beam;   across panel connector;   an outer cover or exterior sheeting, said outer cover or exterior sheeting is engaged to said insulating core section and/or material through said cross panel connector; and   a laterally positioned stabilizer that is configured for additional support for a vertical SIBP.   
     
     
         17 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 16 , wherein said spacer assembly comprises:
 a first spacer assembly, said first spacer assembly is configured to be operable for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material; and   a second spacer assembly, said second spacer assembly is configured to be operable for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material.   
     
     
         18 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 17 , wherein said flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials comprises:
 a first flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving a first EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials; and   a second flowable fill or bonder cavity for receiving a second EMF shielding material and/or an SIBP strengthening material.   
     
     
         19 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 18 , wherein said outer cover or exterior sheeting comprises:
 a first outer cover or exterior sheeting, said first outer cover or exterior sheeting is engaged to said first flowable fill or bonder cavity through a first end of said cross panel connector; and   a second outer cover or exterior sheeting, said second outer cover or exterior sheeting is engaged to said first flowable fill or bonder cavity through a second end of said cross panel connector.   
     
     
         20 . The structural insulated building panel (SIBP) of  claim 18 , wherein said laterally positioned stabilizer comprises:
 a first laterally positioned stabilizer engaged with said first EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials disposed is said first flowable fill or bonder cavity for additional support; and   a second laterally positioned stabilizer engaged with said second EMF shielding materials and/or SIBP strengthening materials disposed in said second flowable fill or bonder cavity for additional support.
