Claims

Abstract

According to one aspect of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a can container includes: covering a can body with a can lid including a disk-shaped panel portion in which a score line is formed on an outer peripheral edge side, a flange portion seamed to the can body, a ring-shaped groove portion provided between the panel portion and the flange portion and protruding downward, and a tab that is provided in the panel portion, breaks the score line, and allows the panel portion to open along the score line; pressing an upper surface portion of the panel portion located on an outer side of the score line in a radial direction and above the score line with a knockout pad; and seaming the can lid pressed by the knockout pad and the can body.

         7 . A can lid comprising:
 a disk-shaped panel portion in which a score line is formed on an outer peripheral edge side;   a ring-shaped groove portion provided on an outer peripheral edge of the panel portion;   a flange portion provided on an outer peripheral edge of the groove portion and configured to be seamed to a can body; and   a tab provided in the panel portion and configured to break the score line and allow the panel portion to open along the score line,   wherein the panel portion comprises a panel outer peripheral portion between the score line and the groove portion, and an upper surface portion of the panel outer peripheral portion is inclined outward and downward in a radial direction.   
     
     
         8 . The can lid according to  claim 7 , wherein the upper surface portion is inclined at an angle within a range of 1° to 15° with respect to a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the panel portion. 
     
     
         9 . The can lid according to  claim 7 , wherein a distance between a lowermost portion of the upper surface portion and an uppermost portion of the score line in an axial direction is 0.4 to 4 mm. 
     
     
         10 . A can container comprising:
 the can lid according to  claim 7 ; and   the can body, the can body having a bottomed cylindrical shape and an open end to which the can lid is seamed.   
     
     
         11 . A can container comprising:
 the can lid according to  claim 8 ; and   the can body, the can body having a bottomed cylindrical shape and an open end to which the can lid is seamed.   
     
     
         12 . A can container comprising:
 the can lid according to claim  9 ; and   the can body, the can body having a bottomed cylindrical shape and an open end to which the can lid is seamed.   
     
     
         13 . The can container according to  claim 10 , which is a positive-pressure can, wherein the can body is configured to be filled with a foamable content. 
     
     
         14 . The can container according to  claim 11 , which is a positive-pressure can, wherein the can body is configured to be filled with a foamable content. 
     
     
         15 . The can container according to  claim 12 , which is a positive-pressure can, wherein the can body is configured to be filled with a foamable content.
