Quick Mop Cloth Replacement Mechanism
Abstract
The present disclosure provides a quick mop cloth replacement mechanism, including a mop rod and a mop head, a mounting cavity is formed inside the mop head and is internally provided with two symmetrically sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are horizontally sliding-fit in the mounting cavity in a sliding manner, a clamping portion is disposed at a head of each of the sliding blocks, the mounting cavity is internally provided with elastic components, which make the sliding blocks have an outward movement trend and realize the mounting of mop cloth, and pull cords for pulling the sliding blocks to move inward are disposed at tails of the sliding blocks. The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism provided by the present disclosure is compact in structure, has a good-looking appearance, can realize quick mop cloth mounting and dismounting, and is simple and labor-saving in operation, thus being good in user experience.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A quick mop cloth replacement mechanism, comprising a mop rod and a mop head hinged to an end portion of the mop rod, wherein a mounting cavity is formed inside the mop head and is internally provided with at least two sliding blocks; the sliding blocks are horizontally sliding-fit in the mounting cavity; a bulge is disposed at a head of each of the sliding blocks to form a clamping portion, and the directions of the clamping portions on the at least two sliding blocks are opposite; the mounting cavity is internally provided with elastic components, which make the sliding blocks have an outward movement trend and allow all the clamping portions to extend outside the mop head to spread a piece of mop cloth so as to further achieve mop cloth mounting; and tails of the sliding blocks are provided with pull cords used for pulling the sliding blocks to move inward to separate the clamping portions from the mop cloth.
2 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the sliding directions of the sliding blocks are parallel to the length direction and/or the width direction of the mop head.
3 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the mop head is a flat mop head.
4 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein lower ends of end portions of the sliding blocks extend outward and form the clamping portions.
5 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping portions are in a sheet shape.
6 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein a first limiting portion is disposed on a side wall of each of the sliding blocks, second limiting portions are disposed in the mounting cavity, and first limiting portions contact the second limiting portions to realize the limiting when the sliding blocks move to an outer limit position.
7 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the mounting cavity is internally provided with strip-shaped limit bulges, a limit chute is formed between the two adjacent limit bulges, the sliding blocks are provided with limit guide rods that can be inserted into the limit chutes and achieve sliding fit, and the length directions of the limit guide rods are parallel to the length direction of the mop head.
8 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the mounting cavity is internally provided with first spring support portions, the sliding blocks are provided with spring mounting columns coaxial with the first spring support portions, and the elastic components are disposed between the first spring support portions and the spring mounting columns.
9 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the pull cords are brake cables, and operating ends of the pull cords extend into the mop rod and are connected to an operating portion on the mop rod.
10 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , further comprising a mop base, the mop base being provided with a mounting hole, into which the mop head can be inserted to achieve mop cloth mounting.
11 . The quick mop cloth replacement mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the sliding blocks are symmetrically disposed on both sides or both ends of the mounting cavity.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
