Cabinet door installation auxiliary device

Abstract

Disclosed is a cabinet door installation auxiliary device, which includes a support body, and a fixing unit and a lifting unit respectively arranged on both sides of the support body, wherein the fixing unit includes a bearing plate on the side of the support body, a locking block and a support plate, the bearing plate and the support plate are arranged in parallel, the support plate is provided with a locking unit for driving the locking block to move toward or away from the bearing plate, and the lifting unit includes a support block arranged on the other side of the support body, the support block is slidably connected to the support body in a longitudinal direction, and the support body is provided with a driving mechanism capable of driving the support block to move longitudinally.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cabinet door installation auxiliary device, comprising a support body, and a fixing unit and a lifting unit respectively arranged on both sides of the support body, wherein the fixing unit includes a bearing plate on the side of the support body, a locking block and a support plate, the bearing plate and the support plate are arranged in parallel, the support plate is provided with a locking unit for driving the locking block to move toward or away from the bearing plate, and wherein the lifting unit includes a support block arranged on the other side of the support body, the support block is slidably connected to the support body and movable in a longitudinal direction relative to the support body, and the support body is provided with a driving mechanism capable of driving the support block to move longitudinally.

The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 1 , wherein the locking unit includes a screw rod, and the support plate is provided with a threaded hole for threaded engagement with the screw rod, and wherein the screw rod is fixed to the locking block at one end and installed with a twisting head at the other end. 
     
     
         3 . The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 2 , wherein the locking block is a cylindrical or conical rubber block. 
     
     
         4 . The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 3 , wherein the bearing plate is provided with a first rubber protective pad on the side facing the locking block. 
     
     
         5 . The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 1 , wherein a sliding assembly is provided between the support block and the support body, so that the support block and the support body are slidable relative to each other through the sliding assembly.

The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 5 , wherein the sliding assembly includes a sliding groove provided on the support body and a sliding rail provided on the support block, and the sliding groove is provided with a limiting opening for preventing the sliding rail from detaching from the sliding groove in a lateral direction. 
     
     
         7 . The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 6 , wherein a plurality of sliding rails and corresponding sliding grooves are provided.

The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 1 , wherein the driving mechanism includes a base fixedly connected to the support body, a driving rod is rotatably connected to the base and includes a threaded portion, the support block is provided with a second threaded hole for threaded engagement with the threaded portion of the driving rod, so that the support block slides longitudinally on the support body as the driving rod rotates.

The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 8 , wherein the base is provided with an aperture, a bottom portion of the driving rod is rotatably inserted in the aperture, and wherein the bottom portion of the driving rod is provided with an annular limiting groove, the base is provided with a limiting hole communicating with the aperture, and a limiting rod is removable in the limiting hole, so that the limiting rod restricts the side wall of the limiting groove when the driving rod moves along its axial direction. 
     
     
         10 . The cabinet door installation auxiliary device according to  claim 1 , wherein a second rubber protective pad is provided on the support block.
