Abstract

A device for producing and subsequently breaking an irreversible connection between an object and a foundation, is formed from a wedge-shaped body. The wedge-shaped body includes at least two opposing wall surfaces that converge at an acute angle to a tip area. The wedge-shaped body has a front side, and a rear side with the tip area arranged opposite the front side. The wedge-shaped body is hollow in an area between the wall surfaces. A receptacle extends from the front side in the direction of the cavity in the wedge-shaped body between the two opposite wall surfaces. The receptacle is separated from the cavity inside the wedge-shaped body by at least one internal partition wall.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A device ( 1 ) for producing and subsequently breaking an irreversible connection ( 2 ) between an object ( 3 ) and a foundation ( 4 ), the device ( 1 ) being formed as a wedge-shaped body ( 10 ), comprising:
 an upper wall ( 100 ′); a lower wall ( 100 ″) arranged opposite the upper wall ( 100 ′); a front side ( 103 ); a tip ( 105 ) arranged at a rear end of the wedge-shaped body ( 10 ) opposite the front side ( 103 ) at which the upper wall ( 100 ′) and the lower wall ( 100 ″) converge at an acute angle; a cavity ( 102 ) formed in an area ( 101 ) between the upper wall ( 100 ′) and the lower wall ( 100 ″); a receptacle ( 1010 ) extending from the front side ( 103 ) towards the cavity ( 102 ) formed on the wedge-shaped body ( 10 ) between the upper wall ( 100 ′) and the lower wall ( 100 ″); and a partition wall ( 104 ) arranged between the receptacle ( 1010 ) and the cavity ( 102 ).

         2 . The device ( 1 ) according to claim 1 ,
 wherein the receptacle ( 1010 ) is wedge-shaped.

         3 . The device ( 1 ) according to claim 1 ,
 wherein the partition wall ( 104 ) is wedge-shaped towards the cavity ( 102 ) or curved towards the cavity ( 102 ).

         4 . The device ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , further comprising
 an upstand ( 106 ) extending upwardly from the upper wall ( 100 ′).

         5 . A method for producing an irreversible connection ( 2 ) between an object ( 3 ) and a foundation ( 4 ), comprising:
applying or introducing a flowable binding agent ( 5 ) between the object ( 3 ) and the foundation ( 4 ) and subsequently introducing the device ( 1 ) as in claim 1 into the flowable binding agent ( 5 ), wherein the device ( 1 ) is placed such that its receptacle ( 1010 ) is aligned towards an outside ( 50 ) of a layer formed by the flowable binding agent ( 5 ).

         6 . The method according to claim 5 ,
 wherein the object ( 3 ) is a gravestone.

         7 . A method for breaking an irreversible connection ( 2 ) produced according to claim 5 , comprising:
introducing a strike tool or an impact tool corresponding to the receptacle ( 1010 ) into the receptacle ( 1010 ); and piercing the partition wall ( 104 ) by the strike tool or impact tool.

         8 . A method for producing an irreversible connection ( 2 ) between an object ( 3 ) and a foundation ( 4 ), comprising:
 introducing the device ( 1 ) as in claim 1 between the object ( 3 ) and the foundation ( 4 ) and subsequently introducing a flowable binding agent ( 5 ) between the object ( 3 ) and the foundation ( 4 ), wherein the device ( 1 ) is placed such that its receptacle ( 1010 ) is aligned towards an outside ( 50 ) of a layer formed by the flowable binding agent ( 5 ).

         9 . The method according to claim 8 ,
 wherein the object ( 3 ) is a gravestone.

         10 . A method for breaking an irreversible connection ( 2 ) produced according to claim 8 , comprising:
introducing a strike tool or an impact tool corresponding to the receptacle ( 1010 ) into the receptacle ( 1010 ); and piercing the partition wall ( 104 ) by the strike tool or impact tool.
