Ceiling-type air conditioner
Abstract
Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a ceiling-type air conditioner having a structure that facilitates mounting an accessory device thereto. To this end, the ceiling-type air conditioner may comprise: a housing configured to discharge, to the outside thereof through a discharge port, air that has followed the air current in a discharge flow path; a first support part provided inwardly within a predetermined depth from the outside of the discharge flow path; and a first fastener which has an area that can block at least a portion of the discharge flow path and a size that allows the insertion thereof into the discharge flow path and which is provided with a first fitting protrusion part configured to be fastened to the first support part. Various other embodiments are possible.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A ceiling-mounted air conditioner, comprising:
a housing installed to be hung from a ceiling and configured to allow air according to an airflow in a discharge flow path to be discharged to an outside through an exhaust port; a support provided within a specified depth inside the exhaust port; and a fastener having an area to block a portion of the exhaust port and a size to enable insertion through the exhaust port, and configured to be fastened to the support, wherein according to the fastener is mounted on the support to block the portion of the exhaust port, an intensity of airflow discharged through the exhaust port increases relative to before the fastener is mounted.
2 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein:
the housing is configured a circular shape, and the exhaust port is configured a curved shape near an outer periphery of the housing.
3 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 2 , wherein:
the fastener includes a covering plate having a shape curved corresponding to an outer line to be fastened fitting the outer periphery of the exhaust port, and the covering plate is formed to be inclined from an outside to an inside.
4 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein the support is configured in a slit shape, and is disposed substantially near a center of the exhaust port.
5 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein a first fastener is configured on a rear surface of the fastener.
6 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein the support includes a fastening recess to which a first fastener provided in the fastener may be fitted by an external force.
7 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 6 , wherein:
a stop jaw is configured at an end of the first fastener to be fitted and stuck to the fastening recess, and the stop jaw has a double-sided hook structure.
8 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein a first fastener is configured to vertically extend near a center of a rear surface of the fastener.
9 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 8 , wherein the first fastener includes two plates that vertically extend while spaced apart by a specified gap near the center of a rear of the fastener and facing each other.
10 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 9 , wherein:
a stop jaw is configured at an end of each of the two plates to be fitted and stuck to the support, and the stop jaw has a double-sided hook structure.
11 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein:
a horizontal rib and a plurality of vertical ribs crossing each other at, at least, one place inside the exhaust port is provided, and the support includes two guide ribs guiding two opposite sides of a fastening recess so that the fastening recess is provided in a center instead of one of the plurality of vertical ribs.
12 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein the exhaust port is divided into a plurality of divided exhaust ports by blocking areas extending by a preset length in a circumferential direction of the housing.
13 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 12 , wherein the support is configured on at least one of the plurality of divided exhaust ports.
14 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 12 , wherein the support includes a plurality of supports and at least one support of the plurality of supports is configured on each of the plurality of divided exhaust ports.
15 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 14 , wherein the fastener is coupled to at least one of the supports respectively provided on the plurality of divided exhaust ports.
16 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 1 , further comprising:
a communication kit installed in the housing to allow a communication module to be flexibly at a position where signal performance is excellent.
17 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 16 , wherein:
the housing includes a cover on outer portion at a lowermost end, and the communication kit includes a second support attached to the cover.
18 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 17 , wherein the communication kit includes a second fastener with a second fitting protrusion configured to couple to the second support.
19 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 18 , wherein the second support includes a fitting hole into which the second fitting protrusion is fitted.
20 . The ceiling-mounted air conditioner of claim 18 , wherein the communication kit includes the communication module mounted to the second fastener.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
