Card-dealing machine

Abstract

A card-dealing machine includes a housing, a card-delivering mechanism and a card-dealing mechanism. The housing has a card compartment, a card access port, a card-delivering port, and a card-dealing port. The card-delivering mechanism is configured to deliver the playing cards in the card compartment to the card-delivering port. The card-dealing mechanism is configured to deal the playing cards located at the card-delivering port from the card-dealing port. The card-delivering mechanism includes a first card-delivering roller assembly, a second card-delivering roller assembly, a first motor and a first transmission assembly. The first motor drives the first card-delivering roller assembly and the second card-delivering roller assembly to rotate through the first transmission assembly so as to deliver the playing cards located in the card compartment to the card-delivering port.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A card-dealing machine, comprising:
 a housing having a card compartment for accommodating playing cards, a card access port located on a top side and/or a rear side of the card compartment, a card-delivering port located on a front side of a bottom of the card compartment, and a card-dealing port located on a front side of the housing and corresponding to the card-delivering port;   a card-delivering mechanism provided at the bottom of the card compartment and configured to deliver the playing cards in the card compartment to the card-delivering port; and   a card-dealing mechanism provided at the bottom of the card compartment and located between the card-delivering mechanism and the card-delivering port, and configured to deal the playing cards located at the card-delivering port from the card-dealing port;   wherein the card-delivering mechanism includes:   a first card-delivering roller assembly located at the bottom of the card compartment and adjacent to the card-delivering port;   a second card-delivering roller assembly located at the bottom of the card compartment, arranged parallel to the first card-delivering roller assembly, and away from the card-delivering port; and   a first motor and a first transmission assembly, wherein the first motor drives the first card-delivering roller assembly and the second card-delivering roller assembly to rotate through the first transmission assembly, so as to deliver the playing cards located in the card compartment to the card-delivering port.

The card-dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the first card-delivering roller assembly includes a first card-delivering shaft, a first frame body provided in the housing for the first card-delivering shaft to be disposed, and a first card-delivering roller fixed on the first card-delivering shaft; and
 wherein the second card-delivering roller assembly includes a second card-delivering shaft, a second frame body provided in the housing for the second card-delivering shaft to be disposed, and a second card-delivering roller fixed on the second card-delivering shaft.   
     
     
         3 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 2 , wherein a protrusion is provided on a peripheral side of the first card-delivering roller and/or the second card-delivering roller so as to vibrate the playing cards in the card compartment when the playing cards are delivered. 
     
     
         4 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 2 , wherein the card-dealing mechanism includes a card-dealing roller assembly located in the housing and on a lower side of the card-dealing port, a card-pressing assembly located above the card-dealing roller assembly, a second motor, and a second transmission assembly configured to transmit power of the second motor to the card-dealing roller assembly.

The card-dealing machine according to  claim 4 , wherein the card-pressing assembly includes a card-pressing shaft installed on the housing, a card-pressing spring installed in the housing and configured to press the card-pressing shaft toward the card-dealing roller assembly, and a card-pressing wheel sleeved on the card-pressing shaft; wherein the housing is provided with a spring cavity for installing the card-pressing spring, one end of the card-pressing spring is abutted against a top of the spring cavity, and another end of the card-pressing spring is abutted against the card-pressing shaft. 
     
     
         6 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 4 , wherein the card-dealing roller assembly includes a card-dealing shaft located in the housing and on a lower side of the card-dealing port, and a card-dealing roller fixedly sleeved on the card-dealing shaft.

The card-dealing machine according to  claim 4 , wherein the first motor and the second motor are a same motor, an output end of the motor is connected to the first transmission assembly or the second transmission assembly, the first transmission assembly is connected to the second transmission assembly through a third transmission assembly. 
     
     
         8 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein a top and a side of the card compartment away from the card-delivering port are open structures by which an open card compartment is defined. 
     
     
         9 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 8 , wherein a bottom surface of the card compartment is inclined from an open side to the card-delivering port side. 
     
     
         10 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the housing is provided with a height adjustment mechanism for adjusting a height of the card-delivering port so as to limit a number of the playing cards entering the card-delivering port at a time. 
     
     
         11 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 10 , wherein the height adjustment mechanism includes a lower card-distributing block located at a middle of a lower side of the card-delivering port, an adjustment device for adjusting a height of the lower card-distributing block, and an upper card-distributing block located on an upper side of the card-delivering port and corresponding to the lower card-distributing block.

The card-dealing machine according to  claim 11 , wherein the adjustment device includes an adjustment cavity, an adjustment spring disposed in the adjustment cavity, wherein one end of the adjustment spring is abutted against a bottom of the adjustment cavity and another end of the adjustment spring is abutted against the lower card-distributing block, at least one adjustment spring configured for lifting the lower card-distributing block, a screw adjustment hole arranged vertically in the adjustment cavity, and an adjustment screw of which one end is connected to the lower card-distributing block and another end is inserted into the screw adjustment hole, wherein a height of the lower card-distributing block is adjusted by adjusting a depth of the adjustment screw inserted into the screw adjustment hole to achieve height adjustment of the card-delivering port. 
     
     
         13 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 12 , wherein two adjustment springs are provided, the two adjustment springs are symmetrically arranged on a side of the adjustment cavity adjacent to the card-dealing port, and the adjustment device further includes a bump arranged on a side of the adjustment cavity away from the card-dealing port for supporting the lower card-distributing block, so as to keep the lower card-distributing block balanced. 
     
     
         14 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein a rotating base is provided on an outer lower side of the housing, a rotating structure is provided between the rotating base and the housing, and the housing rotates relative to the rotating base to deal cards in multiple directions. 
     
     
         15 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein a card-dealing sensor for detecting card-dealing in a vertical direction is provided on an upper side and/or a lower side of the card-dealing port. 
     
     
         16 . The card-dealing machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising: a card-pressing accessory, wherein the card-pressing accessory includes a card-pressing member main body and a connecting rope, wherein one end of the connecting rope is detachably connected to the housing, and another end of the connecting rope is connected to the card-pressing member main body; wherein, when in use, the card-pressing member main body is placed on the playing cards located in the card compartment.
