Abstract

The invention provides an aerosol-generating material comprising: from about 7 to about 13 wt % aerosol-generating agent, binder, from about 35 to about 50 wt % flavour, and filler. The invention also provides an aerosol-generating composition comprising the aerosol-generating material, a consumable comprising the aerosol-generating composition, a non-combustible aerosol provision system comprising the consumable, and the use of the aerosol-generating material or the aerosol-generating composition for generating an aerosol. The invention also provides a slurry that may be used to produce the aerosol-generating material, a method of making the aerosol-generating material, and aerosol-generating materials obtainable by the methods of the invention.

. (canceled)

. The aerosol-generating material according to claim 1 , wherein the aerosol-generating material comprises aerosol-generating agent in an amount of from about 8 to about 13 wt %.

. The aerosol-generating material according to any preceding claim 1 , wherein the aerosol-generating material comprises flavour in an amount of from about 35 to about 45 wt %.

. The aerosol-generating material according to claim 1 , wherein the binder comprises alginate and/or pectin.

. The aerosol-generating material according to claim 1 , wherein the aerosol-generating material is substantially free of cellulosic binder.

. (canceled)

. The aerosol-generating material according to claim 1 , wherein the binder comprises cellulosic binder and non-cellulosic binder.

. (canceled)

. (canceled)

. The aerosol-generating material according to claim 1 , wherein the filler comprises wood pulp.

. (canceled)

. The aerosol-generating material according to claim 1 , wherein the aerosol-generating material further comprises a crosslinking agent.

. (canceled)

. The aerosol-generating material according to claim 1 , wherein the aerosol-generating material is substantially free from tobacco.

. An aerosol-generating composition comprising the aerosol-generating material of claim 1 .

. A consumable for use with a non-combustible aerosol provision device, the consumable comprising the aerosol-generating composition according to claim 19 .

. A non-combustible aerosol provision system comprising the consumable according to claim 20 and a non-combustible aerosol provision device, wherein the non-combustible aerosol provision device is configured to generate aerosol from the consumable when the consumable is used with the non-combustible aerosol provision device.
