Assembly for packaging and preparing a cosmetic product

Abstract

An assembly (1) for packaging and preparing a cosmetic product, in particular a hair dye, occupying a volume V. The assembly hasat least two receptacles each including at least one composition (2, 3), the compositions being intended to be mixed during the preparation of the product, to produce the volume V of product. The assembly also hasa containing-mixing pot (10) made at least partially of cardboard which can completely contain said receptacles. The pot exhibits a base with an area of less than S, the V/S ratio of the volume V of product to the area S of the base being between 8 and 30 mm.

         18 . An assembly for packaging and preparing a cosmetic product occupying a volume V, which assembly comprises:
 at least two receptacles each including at least one composition, the compositions being intended to be mixed during the preparation of the product, to produce the volume V of product,   a containing-mixing pot made at least partially of cardboard which can completely contain said receptacles,   
       wherein the pot exhibits a base with an area of less than S, the V/S ratio of the volume V of product to the area S of the base being between 8 mm and 30 mm. 
     
     
         19 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the pot having an internal height not exceeding 125 mm. 
     
     
         20 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the pot being of circular section. 
     
     
         21 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the volume V occupied by the product being between 70 ml and 150 ml. 
     
     
         22 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the V/S ratio being between 13 mm and 20 mm. 
     
     
         23 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the pot exhibiting a draft angle α of between 0° and 10°, limits included. 
     
     
         24 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the pot being made of a cardboard resistant to the mixture of the compositions for at least 2 h. 
     
     
         25 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , comprising a lid arranged in order to be fixed to the pot. 
     
     
         26 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the pot containing one at least of:
 a spatula for stirring the mixture,   gloves,   instructions for use, or   one or more compositions to be applied after carrying out the dyeing.   
     
     
         27 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the compositions to be mixed comprising an oxidation dye and a dyeing oxidizing agent. 
     
     
         28 . The assembly according  claim 18 , the compositions to be mixed being packaged in a bag, in a tube or in a bottle. 
     
     
         29 . The assembly according to  claim 28 , the bag being a flat bag or a stand-up bag. 
     
     
         30 . The assembly according to  claim 28 , the bag being folded when it is contained in the pot.

The assembly according to  claim 18 , the compositions to be mixed being contained in bags, the bags being positioned against diametrically opposite zones of the internal surface of the pot, a bag comprising a care composition being interposed between the bags of the compositions. 
     
     
         32 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , the compositions to be mixed being contained in bags which are folded into a V substantially at mid-length and fitted into one another when they are contained in the pot. 
     
     
         33 . The assembly according to  claim 18 , a composition being contained in a bag, the bag being shaped into a U so as to receive, between the branches of the U and against the inside of the fold, a bottle containing another composition.

         37 . method for using the assembly for packaging and preparing a cosmetic product as defined in  claim 18 , which method comprises:
 extracting the constituents packaged inside the pot,   pouring the compositions into the pot and mixing them,   withdrawing the product obtained by the mixing, and   applying it to human keratin substances.
