Wave Shaping System with Multiple Hydro Thrusters

Abstract

A tab body to create shaped waves in a water behind a watercraft for water sports, such as wake surfing. Wherein, the tab body comprise a portion of a wave forming tab assembly. The wave forming tab assembly are attached to the watercraft. The tab body includes a length, a width, a height, a top surface, a bottom surface, a leading end, a trailing end, one or more hydro channels, an interior edge, an exterior edge, a planar portion and an outward angle. The interior edge is proximate to a center line of the watercraft. The exterior edge is distal from the center line of the watercraft. The planar portion located proximate to the exterior edge.

 said tab body comprise a portion of a wave forming tab assembly;   said wave forming tab assembly are attached to said watercraft;   said tab body includes a length, a width, a height, a top surface, a bottom surface, a leading end, a trailing end, one or more hydro channels, an interior edge, an exterior edge, a planar portion and an outward angle;   said interior edge is proximate to a center line of said watercraft;   said exterior edge is distal from said center line of said watercraft;   said planar portion located proximate to said exterior edge;   said planar portion is configured to extend outward from said center line of said watercraft and to displace water for creating a transom lift to assist in wave formation;   said one or more hydro channels located proximate to said interior edge;   each among said one or more hydro channels is rounded and arranged in an inside-out configuration relative to a direction of travel of said watercraft, and   wherein said one or more hydro channels are arranged at said outward angle between 5 and 35 degrees relative to said center line, facilitating an outward throw of water to enhance wave shaping capability and to counteract the rolling motion of said watercraft, thereby providing a stable and controlled wake surfing experience.
