Display device

Abstract

A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a storage unit, a display unit, a network interface unit configured to communicate with a first server or a second server and a control unit configured to store voice data corresponding to a voice command uttered by a user in the storage unit, transmit the voice command to the first server, receive first analysis result information of the voice command from the first server, display a first result based on the received first analysis result information on the display unit, transmit the stored voice data to the second server if a user's feedback is received, receive a second analysis result information of a command from the second server, and display a second result based on the received second analysis result information on the display unit.

1 . A display device, comprising:
 a storage unit;   a display unit;   a network interface unit configured to communicate with a first server or a second server; and   a control unit configured to:
 store voice data corresponding to a voice command uttered by a user in the storage unit, 
 transmit the voice command to the first server, receive first analysis result information of the voice command from the first server, 
 display a first result based on the received first analysis result information on the display unit, 
 transmit the stored voice data to the second server if a user's feedback is received, 
 receive a second analysis result information of a command from the second server, and 
 display a second result based on the received second analysis result information on the display unit. 
   
     
     
         2 . The display device of  claim 1 , wherein the feedback is a request indicating that the first result includes information not suitable for an intent of the voice command. 
     
     
         3 . The display device of  claim 1 , wherein the feedback includes a command for selecting a second AI agent corresponding to the second server other than the first AI agent corresponding to the first server. 
     
     
         4 . The display device of  claim 3 , wherein the control unit receives the feedback from the remote control device. 
     
     
         5 . The display device of  claim 3 , wherein the control unit further displays AI agent buttons indicating the first result and the second AI agent on the display,
 the feedback is a command for selecting the AI agent button.   
     
     
         6 . The display device of  claim 1 , wherein the control unit further displays a pop-up window on the display unit inquiring whether or not the first result is satisfied, and obtain a selection of the non-agree button included in the pop-up window as the feedback. 
     
     
         7 . The display device of  claim 1 , wherein the control unit converts the voice command into the voice data through a pulse code modulation (PCM) method. 
     
     
         8 . The display device of  claim 1 , wherein the first result is a result that does not meet the intent of the voice command, the second result is a result that meets the intent of the voice command. 
     
     
         9 . A display device, comprising:
 a display unit;   a network interface unit configured to communicate with a first server or a second server; and   a control unit configured to:   transmit a voice data corresponding to a voice command spoken by a user to the first server,   receive a first analysis result information of the voice command from the first server,   display a first result based on the received first analysis result information on the display unit,   receive a feedback from the user,   transmit the received feedback to the first server,   receive a second analysis result information of the voice command from the second server,   display a second result based on the received second analysis result information on the display unit.   
     
     
         10 . The display device of  claim 9 , wherein the feedback is a request indicating that the first result includes information not suitable for an intent of the voice command. 
     
     
         11 . The display device of  claim 9 ,
 the feedback   including a command for selecting a second AI agent corresponding to the second server   other than the first AI agent corresponding to the first server   display device.   
     
     
         12 . The display device of  claim 11 , wherein the control unit receives the feedback from the remote control device. 
     
     
         13 . The display device of  claim 11 , wherein the control unit further displays AI agent buttons indicating the first result and the second AI agent on the display, the feedback is a command for selecting the AI agent button. 
     
     
         14 . The display device of  claim 9 , wherein the control unit further displays a pop-up window on the display unit inquiring whether or not the first result is satisfied, and obtain a selection of the non-agree button included in the pop-up window as the feedback. 
     
     
         15 . The display device of  claim 9 , wherein the control unit converts the voice command into the voice data through a pulse code modulation (PCM) method.
