Abstract
The present application relates to the field of cold-chain insulated container, in particular to a fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container, comprising an outer layer of the insulated container and an ice box chamber, the outer layer of the insulated container comprises a plurality of container panels, a lower container panel and a top container panel, and the container panels are vertically inserted around the lower container panel, and the top container panel is covered on top of the spliced container panels; the ice box chamber is placed in the outer layer of the insulated container, and the ice box chamber comprises a plurality of ring-shaped ice boxes and a top pad, the ring-shaped ice boxes are sequentially stacked upwards for splicing, a top end of which is covered with the top pad, the top pad is provided with a sheet-shaped ice box.

A fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container, comprising an outer layer of the insulated container and an ice box chamber ( 7 ), wherein the outer layer of the insulated container comprises a plurality of container panels ( 1 ), a lower container panel ( 5 ) and a top container panel ( 6 ), and the container panels ( 1 ) are vertically inserted around the lower container panel ( 5 ), and the top container panel ( 6 ) is covered on top ends of the spliced container panels;
the container panels ( 1 ), the lower container panel ( 5 ) and the top container panel ( 6 ) are all composed of an outer structural plate ( 2 ) and an inner insulation plate ( 3 ); the ice box chamber ( 7 ) is placed in the outer layer of the insulated container, and the ice box chamber ( 7 ) comprises a plurality of ring-shaped ice boxes ( 71 ) and a top pad ( 72 ), the ring-shaped ice boxes ( 71 ) are sequentially stacked upwards for splicing, a top end of which is covered with the top pad ( 72 ), the top pad ( 72 ) is provided with a sheet-shaped ice box ( 73 ).

The fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container according to claim 1 , wherein two sides of the outer layer of the insulated container are provided with knuckle enclosures ( 4 ) for assembling an upper and a lower container panels ( 1 ), and right-angle knuckles are provided at both ends of the knuckle enclosures ( 4 ).

The fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container according to claim 2 , wherein corner guards ( 22 ) are arranged at four vertical corners of the outer layer of the insulated container, wherein a plurality of locking bases ( 21 ) are arranged on the corner guards ( 22 ) and the container panel ( 1 ).

The fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container according to claim 1 , wherein the ring-shaped ice box ( 71 ) is square and is composed of four ice boxes, a top surface of the ring-shaped ice box ( 71 ) is provided with a convex post and a bottom surface is provided with a concave hole and when ice boxes are stacked vertically, the assembly is realized through an insertion and cooperation between the convex posts and the concave holes of an upper and lower ice boxes, wherein a positioning and fixing of the ring-shaped ice box ( 71 ) is realized by forming a circle in a 45° inclined plane around an inner side of the insulated container with 4 single-layer ice boxes.
5 . The fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container according to claim 4 , wherein the convex posts and the concave holes are spliced by a mortise and tenon structure, and shapes of the convex posts and the concave holes are not limited to cylindrical shapes.
6 . The fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container according to claim 3 , wherein the outer structural plate ( 2 ) of the container panel ( 1 ) is provided with pull-up locks corresponding to the lock bases ( 21 ), and is also provided with built-in handles ( 8 ) for easy carrying.
7 . The fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container according to claim 6 , wherein an inner insulation plate ( 3 ) comprises a foamed plastic plate ( 31 ) connected to the outer structural plate ( 2 ), and a VIP plate ( 32 ) is arranged inside the foamed plastic plate ( 31 ).
8 . The fully stackable VIP passive cold-chain insulated container according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of grooves are evenly formed on the top pad ( 72 ), and the sheet-shaped ice box ( 73 ) is fixedly installed in the grooves.
