Adaptable Electronic Cigarette Case

Abstract

The present disclosure describes an adaptable electronic cigarette case with one or more removable inserts. Each of the one or more inserts can be designed to accept a different shape or size of electronic cigarette. Each of the one or more inserts can have a plurality of ribs extending into a central cavity that is configured to accept an electronic cigarette.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An adaptable electronic cigarette case comprising:
 a body;   a lid;   a hinge connecting the lid to the body;   an insert with a central cavity, the insert configured to fit inside the body; and   a plurality of ribs extending into the central cavity of the insert.   
     
     
         2 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 1 , wherein the insert is configured to accept an electronic cigarette or vaporizer pen in the central cavity. 
     
     
         3 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 2 , wherein the electronic cigarette or vaporizer pen mouthpiece can extend above the top of the body, such that the electronic cigarette or vaporizer pen is usable while inside the central cavity of the insert. 
     
     
         4 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 1 , wherein the body also comprises:
 a hinge connector.   
     
     
         5 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a latch configured to releasably secure the lid to the body.   
     
     
         6 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 5 , wherein the latch uses one or more magnets to releasably secure the lid to the body. 
     
     
         7 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 5 , wherein the latch is directly opposite the hinge. 
     
     
         8 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 1 , wherein the adaptable electronic cigarette case device is made of carbon fiber. 
     
     
         9 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 1 , wherein the adaptable electronic cigarette case device is made of plastic. 
     
     
         10 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 1 , wherein the insert is made of plastic. 
     
     
         11 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of ribs are configured to absorb the shock from an impact on the adaptable electronic cigarette case. 
     
     
         12 . An adaptable electronic cigarette case comprising:
 a body, the body comprising:
 a first side surface; 
 a second side surface, wherein the second side surface is directly opposite to the first side surface; 
 a bottom surface, wherein the bottom surface has an opening; 
 a bottom cover, configured to removably cover the opening of the bottom surface; 
   one or more inserts with a central cavity, wherein the one or more inserts are placed in or removed from the body, wherein the one or more inserts comprise:
 a plurality of ribs connected to an inside of the one or more inserts, wherein each of the one or more inserts has different length ribs; and 
   a lid, the lid comprising:
 a hinge; 
 one or more openings; 
   wherein the body is configured to accept an electronic cigarette or vaporizer pen, and wherein the mouthpiece for the electronic cigarette or vaporizer pen extends above the first side surface and the second side surface and the electronic cigarette or vaporizer pen is usable in the adaptable electronic cigarette case device.   
     
     
         13 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 11 , wherein the one or more inserts have a plurality of ribs surrounding the central cavity. 
     
     
         14 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 11 , wherein the one or more inserts have a plurality of ribs on the surfaces that correspond to the first side surface and the second side surface of the body. 
     
     
         15 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 11 , wherein the one or more inserts have one or more sizes of central cavity based on the size of the plurality of ribs. 
     
     
         16 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 11 , wherein the one or more inserts correspond to different shapes and sizes of electronic cigarette or vaporizer pen. 
     
     
         17 . The adaptable electronic cigarette case of  claim 11 , wherein the plurality of ribs are configured to absorb the shock from an impact on the adaptable electronic cigarette case.
