Panel assembly and air heating apparatus including the same
Abstract
An air heating apparatus includes an expansion tank storing water, a water heating device that receives heat from combustion gas generated by a combustion reaction and heats the water, a heating heat exchanger that receives the water heated by the water heating device and conducts heat exchange between air to be released for heating and the water, a fan that supplies the air to the heating heat exchanger, a case in which the water heating device, the expansion tank, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are disposed, and a panel assembly electrically connected with at least one of the expansion tank, the water heating device, the heating heat exchanger, or the fan. The panel assembly includes a panel device at least partially exposed outside the case, and a position of the panel device is fixed in a state in which the panel device is rotated relative to the case.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An air heating apparatus comprising:
an expansion tank configured to store water; a water heating device configured to receive heat from combustion gas generated by a combustion reaction and heat the water; a heating heat exchanger configured to receive the water heated by the water heating device and conduct heat exchange between air to be released for heating and the water; a fan configured to supply the air to the heating heat exchanger; a case in which the water heating device, the expansion tank, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are disposed; and a panel assembly electrically connected with at least one of the expansion tank, the water heating device, the heating heat exchanger, or the fan, wherein the panel assembly includes a panel device at least partially exposed outside the case, and wherein a position of the panel device is fixed in a state when the panel device is rotated relative to the case.
2 . The air heating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the panel assembly is disposed on one side of the case adjacent to the expansion tank.
3 . The air heating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the panel assembly further includes a housing disposed in the case and disposed behind the panel device, and
wherein an upper end portion of the panel device is coupled to an upper end portion of the housing so as to be rotatable.
4 . The air heating apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the panel assembly further includes a fixing part having one end portion coupled to a rear surface of the panel device so as to be rotatable, and
wherein the housing includes a support groove open toward the front and configured to engaged with an opposite end portion of the fixing part.
5 . The air heating apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the support groove includes a plurality of support grooves, and the plurality of support grooves are arranged in an up-down direction.
6 . The air heating apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the housing further includes a fixing part receiving hole in which the fixing part is accommodated when the housing and the panel device are disposed adjacent to each other.
7 . The air heating apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the fixing part is formed such that the opposite end portion has a greater width than the one end portion, and
wherein the support groove is fluidically connected with the fixing part receiving hole and extends in a lateral direction of the fixing part receiving hole.
8 . The air heating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the panel device includes:
an input device configured to receive an input of a user; and a display configured to transmit information to the user.
9 . The air heating apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising:
a controller electrically connected with at least one of the expansion tank, the water heating device, the heating heat exchanger, or the fan and configured to control a temperature of water returned to the water heating device through the heating heat exchanger, wherein the input device is configured to transfer an input value to the controller, and wherein the display is configured to transmit information transferred by the controller.
10 . The air heating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the case includes:
an outer box having a first opening open toward the front; and a first opening cover coupled to a front side of the outer box and configured to cover the first opening, wherein one portion of the panel device passes through an exposure opening formed in the first opening cover, and the remaining portion of the panel device is disposed behind the first opening cover, and wherein the panel device is rotatable when the first opening cover is separated.
11 . The air heating apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the panel assembly further includes a panel cover coupled to the first opening cover and configured to cover the exposure opening, and
wherein the panel cover is disposed in front of the panel device.
12 . The air heating apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the panel device includes:
an input device configured to receive an input of a user; and a display configured to transmit information to the user, and wherein the panel cover includes: an exposure region formed to be transparent such that the display is exposed through the exposure region; and an input device insertion hole open to expose the input device to the outside.
13 . A panel assembly comprising:
a housing; and a panel device having an upper end portion coupled to an upper end portion of the housing so as to be rotatable, wherein the panel device is rotated relative to the housing and configured to be fixed to a reference position where a reference angle is formed between the housing and the panel device.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
