Abstract
There is provided a steam generating apparatus including: a heater including a lower linear section and an upper linear section which are spaced apart from each other and have a predetermined length, and a curved section connecting the lower linear section and the upper linear section; a heating module including: a heater accommodation pipe which has a same shape as the heater and encloses an outside of the heater; a cover plate which is attached to both open ends of the heater accommodation pipe; a horizontal partition which is disposed between a lower linear section and an upper linear section of the heater accommodation pipe; and a heat dissipation pin which protrudes from at least part of the heater accommodation pipe; and a case which is configured to enclose the heating module and is secured to the cover plate.

1 . A steam generating apparatus comprising:
a heater comprising a lower linear section and an upper linear section which are spaced apart from each other and have a predetermined length, and a curved section connecting the lower linear section and the upper linear section; a heating module comprising: a heater accommodation pipe which has a same shape as the heater and encloses an outside of the heater; a cover plate which is attached to both open ends of the heater accommodation pipe; a horizontal partition which is disposed between a lower linear section and an upper linear section of the heater accommodation pipe; and a heat dissipation pin which protrudes from at least part of the heater accommodation pipe; and a case which is configured to enclose the heating module and is secured to the cover plate, wherein a first penetrating hole and a second penetrating hole are formed on the cover plate, and the steam generating apparatus is configured to allow water to be injected into an inner space of the case through the first penetrating hole, and to discharge steam to an outside through the second penetrating hole.
2 . The steam generating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein an inside of the case is partitioned into a lower space and an upper space which are divided by the horizontal partition in a vertical direction, and a connection space in which a curved section of the heater accommodation pipe is positioned and which connects the lower space and the upper space, and
wherein water injected through the first penetrating hole moves along a passage passing through the lower space, the connection space, and the upper space, and is heated and then is discharged through the second penetrating hole.
3 . The steam generating apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the heat dissipation pin comprises a plurality of heat dissipation pins protruding from surfaces of the heater accommodation pipe in the lower space.
4 . The steam generating apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the heat dissipation pin comprises a plurality of heat dissipation pins protruding from surfaces of the heater accommodation pipe in the upper space.
5 . The steam generating apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the heating module comprises one or more guide partitions protruding lengthways from surfaces of the heater accommodation pipe in the connection space in a direction from an upstream area to a downstream area of the passage.
