A reclosable container

Abstract

A reclosable container includes a container body made of a cellulosic material and having a container aperture and a movable cover of a hydrosoluble thermoplastic material applied to said container aperture.

1 . A reclosable container, comprising:
 a container body made of a cellulosic material and having a container aperture, and   a movable cover applied to said container aperture and movable between an open position and a closed position,   wherein said movable cover is made of a hydrosoluble thermoplastic material.   
     
     
         2 . The reclosable container of  claim 1 , comprising:
 a support frame made of a hydrosoluble thermoplastic material fixed to an outer surface of said container body and surrounding said container aperture, the support frame having a frame aperture overlapped to said container aperture,   wherein the movable cover is hinged to said support frame along a hinge axis and is pivotally movable about said hinge axis between said open position and said closed position.   
     
     
         3 . The reclosable container of  claim 2 , wherein said support frame and said movable cover comprise mutually cooperating teeth and slots integrally formed with said support frame and movable cover and engageable with each other to retain the movable cover in said closed position. 
     
     
         4 . The reclosable container of  claim 2 , wherein said movable cover is formed by a flat panel having panel edges which in said closed position are in contact with respective aperture edges of said frame aperture. 
     
     
         5 . The reclosable container of  claim 2 , wherein said mutually cooperating teeth and slots are provided on respective ribs of said support frame and said movable cover. 
     
     
         6 . The reclosable container of  claim 2 , wherein said support frame is fixed to said outer surface of said container body by water sealing or by glue. 
     
     
         7 . The reclosable container of  claim 1 , wherein the movable cover is substantially U-shaped and comprises a flat central wall and a pair of lateral walls perpendicular to said flat central wall, and
 wherein said flat central wall is hinged to said container body along a hinge axis extending along an edge of said container aperture and along an edge of said flat central wall.   
     
     
         8 . The reclosable container of  claim 7 , wherein each of said lateral walls has a hook formation at a respective distal end, and
 wherein in said open position said hook formations engage respective edges of the container aperture.   
     
     
         9 . The reclosable container of  claim 7 , comprising a strip of hydrosoluble thermoplastic material, fixed to the container body adjacent to the edge of said container aperture,
 wherein said movable cover comprises at least one flexible tooth formed integrally on the edge of said flat central wall, and   wherein in the closed position of the movable cover said at least one flexible tooth snap engages an edge of said strip and retains the movable cover in the closed position.   
     
     
         10 . The reclosable container of  claim 7 , wherein the container body comprises a flap of cellulosic material connected to said container body along a bending line forming said hinge axis, wherein said flat central wall of said movable cover is overlapped and fixed to said flap. 
     
     
         11 . The reclosable container of  claim 10 , wherein said flat central wall of said movable cover is fixed to said flap by water sealing or by glue. 
     
     
         12 . The reclosable container of  claim 1 , wherein;
 the movable cover comprises a flat panel of hydrosoluble thermoplastic material, slidable on an outer surface of said container body along a longitudinal direction,   the reclosable container comprises a pair of straight guide sections made of hydrosoluble thermoplastic material fixed to said outer surface parallel to said longitudinal direction and extending outside of said container aperture,   said flat panel is slidably movable along said longitudinal direction between said pair of straight guide sections between an open position and a closed position,   said flat panel comprises two flexible engagement teeth integrally formed with said flat panel which in the closed position of the flat panel engage respective slots formed in end portions of said pair of straight guide sections.   
     
     
         13 . The reclosable container of  claim 12 , wherein said pair of straight guide sections are fixed to said outer surface of the container body by water sealing or by glue. 
     
     
         14 . The reclosable container of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the movable cover is detachable from said container body and comprises a cover top wall and a cover side wall,   the cover side wall engages into said container aperture, and   the cover side wall comprises at least one flexible engagement tooth integrally formed with said cover side wall, which engages at least one through window formed in an edge portion of the container body in the closed position of said movable cover.   
     
     
         15 . The reclosable container of  claim 14 , wherein an L-shaped formation of hydrosoluble thermoplastic material is fixed on an upper edge of said at least one through window.
