Plush Toy Device

Abstract

The present invention relates generally to the field of toys. More specifically, the present invention relates to a plush toy device. The device is primarily comprised of a humanoid body with at least one accessory that may be attached via at least one fastener. Further, the device is comprised of at least one torso garment, at least one leg garment, and other accessories such as hats, glasses, jewelry, etc. The device is further comprised of at least one speaker that can play the celebrity's catchphrase, song, saying, name, etc. Further, the speaker is powered by at least one battery. The device provides users with a unique collectible plush toy that resembles their favorite celebrity. Further, it provides users with a way to customize the device with interchangeable accessories that are representative of the respective celebrity.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A plush toy device comprising:
 a body;   a head comprised of an ear, an eye, a nose and a mouth;   a neck;   a torso comprised of an arm having a hand;   a leg comprised of a foot; and   an accessory.   
     
     
         2 . The plush toy device of  claim 1 , wherein the plush toy device is comprised of a waterproof material. 
     
     
         3 . The plush toy device of  claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a stuffed body. 
     
     
         4 . The plush toy device of  claim 1 , wherein the accessory is removably attached to the body. 
     
     
         5 . A plush toy device comprising:
 a body;   a head comprised of a hair, an ear, an eye, a nose and a mouth;   a head garment positioned on the head;   a neck;   a torso comprised of an arm having a hand;   a torso garment positioned on the torso;   a leg;   a leg garment;   a foot;   a foot garment;   an accessory;   a speaker; and   a battery.   
     
     
         6 . The plush toy device of  claim 5 , wherein the torso garment is comprised of a shirt, a jersey, a sweater, a coat, a costume or a jacket. 
     
     
         7 . The plush toy device of  claim 5 , wherein the leg garment is comprised of a pant, a short, a capri, an underwear, a stocking, a legging or a tight. 
     
     
         8 . The plush toy device of  claim 5 , wherein the foot garment is comprised of a shoe, a sandal, a sock or a boot. 
     
     
         9 . The plush toy device of  claim 5 , wherein the head garment is comprised of a hat. 
     
     
         10 . The plush toy device of  claim 5  further comprised of a pair of glasses. 
     
     
         11 . The plush toy device of  claim 5  further comprised of a piece of jewelry. 
     
     
         12 . A plush toy device comprising:
 a body;   a head comprised of a hair, an ear, an eye, a nose and a mouth;   a neck;   a torso comprised of an arm having a hand;   a leg having a foot;   an accessory;   a speaker;   a battery;   a transmitter; and   a mobile application.   
     
     
         13 . The plush toy device of  claim 12 , wherein the accessory is a torso garment, a leg garment, a footwear garment, a head garment, a pair of glasses or a piece of jewelry. 
     
     
         14 . The plush toy device of  claim 13 , wherein the accessory attaches to the plush toy device via a fastener. 
     
     
         15 . The plush toy device of  claim 14 , wherein the fastener is a hook and loop, a snap button or a magnet fastener. 
     
     
         16 . The plush toy device of  claim 12 , wherein the battery is comprised of a USB port. 
     
     
         17 . The plush toy device of  claim 12 , wherein the speaker is comprised of a microphone. 
     
     
         18 . The plush toy device of  claim 12 , wherein the transmitter is in electrical communication with the mobile application. 
     
     
         19 . The plush toy device of  claim 18 , wherein the mobile application allows a user to select a sound that is played from the speaker. 
     
     
         20 . The plush toy device of  claim 12  further comprised of a stand that attaches to the body.
