Cleaning disc and electric cleaning appliance installed with the same

Abstract

A cleaning disc, including an outer brushing disc, a cavity for accommodating an inner brushing disc being provided on the outer brushing disc, at least two first water outlet passages being distributed at intervals along a circumferential direction at a bottom wall of the cavity, the first water outlet passages extending from an edge towards a center of the bottom of the cavity; a second water outlet passage for cleaning the cavity is provided between every two neighboring first water outlet passages. This design increases flow area of the water flow in the cavity, ensuring that each corner in the cavity can be washed by the spinning water flow. The second water outlet passages as added can ensure sufficient discharge of the waste water after the cleaning work is done, which improves the effect of cleaning the inner space of the brushing discs without dismantling the cleaning disc.

         11 . A cleaning disc, comprising
 an outer brushing disc,   a cavity for accommodating an inner brushing disc being provided on the outer brushing disc,   at least two first water outlet passages being distributed at intervals along a circumferential direction at a bottom wall of the cavity, the first water outlet passages extending from an edge towards a center of the bottom wall of the cavity, and   wherein a second water outlet passage for cleaning the cavity is provided between every two neighboring first water outlet passages.   
     
     
         12 . The cleaning disc of  claim 11 , wherein the cavity comprises the bottom wall and a sidewall, the second water outlet passages being arranged on the bottom wall of the cavity and located at an interface between the bottom wall and the sidewall.

The cleaning disc of  claim 11 , wherein an inner stop rib is formed at a side of each first water outlet passage, the inner stop rib being in intimate contact with the first water outlet passage, a length of the inner stop rib being greater than that of the first water outlet passage.

The cleaning disc of  claim 11 , wherein the first water outlet passage is an individual water outlet channel or formed by a plurality of continuous water outlet holes; the second water outlet passage is also an individual water outlet channel or formed by a plurality of continuous water outlet holes. 
     
     
         15 . The cleaning disc of  claim 11 , wherein the first water outlet passage and the second water outlet passage are connected with each other. 
     
     
         16 . The cleaning disc of  claim 11 , wherein a plurality of arc-shaped sheets are further provided on the outer brushing disc, projections of the arc-shaped sheets in an axial direction of the outer brushing disc circumscribing the cavity of a round shape.

The cleaning disc of  claim 11 , wherein an inner shaft snap-fitting block is provided in a center of the inner brushing disc, the outer brushing disc is fixed on an outer shaft, the inner brushing disc is fixed on an inner shaft via a connector, and the inner brushing disc is located in the cavity of the outer brushing disc. 
     
     
         18 . The cleaning disc of  claim 12 , wherein a barrier bar is correspondingly provided above each of the first water outlet passages and above each of the second water outlet passages, respectively. 
     
     
         19 . The cleaning disc of  claim 11 , wherein the cleaning disc is installed on any one of a floor sweeper, a floor scrubber, an electric cleaning brush, an industrial sweeping robot, a home sweeping robot, or a polishing machine. 
     
     
         20 . An electric cleaning appliance, wherein the electric cleaning appliance is installed with the cleaning disc of  claim 11 , and the electric cleaning appliance is any one of a floor sweeper, a floor scrubber, an electric cleaning brush, an industrial sweeping robot, a home sweeping robot, or a polishing machine.
