Abstract
Disclosed are an integrated mold-pressing pillowcase and a mold-pressing forming device. The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase includes a pillowcase top layer, a pillowcase bottom layer and a pillowcase peripheral wall, the pillowcase peripheral wall is arranged between the pillowcase top layer and the pillowcase bottom layer, the pillowcase bottom layer is provided with a window position for carrying a pillow inner, and the pillowcase top layer, the pillowcase bottom layer and the pillowcase peripheral wall are integrally mold-formed by polyester fabric. The present invention adopts a pillowcase design of integrated mold-pressing by the polyester fabric, which greatly simplifies the production process of the pillowcase, meets the demand for the built-in stability of the pillow inner, and has the characteristics of good air permeability, comfortable contact and the like. The requirements of built-in corner end limit and profiling coordination are met, the functions of the pillow inner may not be affected, and the built-in position of the pillow inner is accurate and reliable. The one-time mold-pressing forming requirements of the pillowcase are met by the mold-pressing forming device, it is easy to streamlined production, the degree of product forming uniformity is higher, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the product qualification rate is greatly improved.

An integrated mold-pressing pillowcase, comprising a pillowcase top layer, a pillowcase bottom layer and a pillowcase peripheral wall, wherein the pillowcase peripheral wall is arranged between the pillowcase top layer and the pillowcase bottom layer, and the pillowcase bottom layer is provided with a window position for carrying a pillow inner, wherein:
the pillowcase top layer, the pillowcase bottom layer and the pillowcase peripheral wall are integrally mold-formed by polyester fabric.
2 . The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
the window position is a linear slotting arranged on the pillowcase bottom layer.
3 . The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
the pillowcase top layer and the pillowcase bottom layer have heat-curing positioning corner ends.
4 . The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
the pillowcase top layer is provided with a physiological profiling concave-convex coordination structure which is coordinated with the pillow inner.
5 . A mold-pressing forming device based on the integrated mold-pressing pillowcase as claimed in any one of claims 1-4 , wherein:
the mold-pressing forming device comprises a pillowcase mold base and a heat-setting pillow inner mold, the pillowcase mold base has a model cavity slot, the heat-setting pillow inner mold can be moved relative to the pillowcase mold base, the heat-setting pillow inner mold is coordinated with the model cavity slot, the heat-setting pillow inner mold is provided with a pillow inner mold connector for matching with the window position, the pillowcase mold base is provided with a bottom layer horizontal-push mold set for forming the pillowcase bottom layer, and a polyester fabric loading mechanism for loading the polyester fabric is arranged between the bottom layer horizontal-push mold set and the heat-setting pillow inner mold.
6 . The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase and the mold-pressing forming device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:
the bottom layer horizontal-push mold set comprises two horizontal-push modules with horizontal relative opening and closing displacement.
7 . The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase and the mold-pressing forming device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:
the polyester fabric loading mechanism comprises a fixed bottom support material frame and a clamping locking material frame with displacement towards the fixed bottom support material frame.
8 . The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase and the mold-pressing forming device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:
the pillowcase top layer and the pillowcase bottom layer have heat-curing positioning corner ends, and the heat-setting pillow inner mold is provided with a corner end heat-curing portion arranged corresponding to the heat-curing positioning corner ends.
9 . The integrated mold-pressing pillowcase and the mold-pressing forming device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:
