Abstract

A buckleless dual belt assembly for comfortably holding up pants includes a first belt and a second belt. A plurality of fasteners is attached to a first end of the first belt, a second end of the first belt, a first terminus of the second belt, and a second terminus of the second belt so that at least one fastener is attached to each of the first end, the second end, the first terminus, and the second terminus. Each fastener can be selectively fastened to a respective belt loop of a plurality of belt loops attached to a pair of pants. The first belt and the second belt each selectively shorten a distance between the belt loops to which associated fasteners are attached.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

1 . A buckleless dual belt assembly comprising:
a first belt and a second belt; and a plurality of fasteners attached to a first end of the first belt, a second end of the first belt, a first terminus of the second belt, and a second terminus of the second belt, such that at least one fastener is attached to each of the first end, the second end, the first terminus, and the second terminus, each fastener being configured for selectively fastening to a respective belt loop of a plurality of belt loops attached to a pair of pants, wherein the first belt and the second belt each are configured for selectively shortening a distance between the belt loops to which associated fasteners are attached.

2 . The buckleless dual belt assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first belt and the second belt comprise elastomer such that the first belt and the second belt are resiliently stretchable.

3 . The buckleless dual belt assembly of claim 1 , wherein each fastener comprises a hook and loop connector.

4 . The buckleless dual belt assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first belt and the second belt are sized such that each of the first belt and the second belt is positionable between a respective belt loop of a pair of the belt loops bracketing a front opening in the pair of pants, around a back of user wearing the pair of pants, to a respective belt loop positioned over an opposed hip of the user, such that the second end of the first belt and the second terminus of the second belt are opposingly positioned on the hips of the user.

5 . The buckleless dual belt assembly of claim 1 , wherein:
the first belt and the second belt comprise elastomer such that the first belt and the second belt are resiliently stretchable; each fastener comprises a hook and loop connector; and the first belt and the second belt being sized such that each of the first belt and the second belt is positionable between a respective belt loop of a pair of the belt loops bracketing a front opening in the pair of pants, around a back of user wearing the pair of pants, to a respective belt loop positioned over an opposed hip of the user, such that the second end of the first belt and the second terminus of the second belt are opposingly positioned on the hips of the user.

6 . A buckleless dual belt system comprising:
a pair of pants to which is attached a plurality of belt loops; a first belt and a second belt; and a plurality of fasteners attached to a first end of the first belt, a second end of the first belt, a first terminus of the second belt, and a second terminus of the second belt, such that at least one fastener is attached to each of the first end, the second end, the first terminus, and the second terminus, each fastener being fastened to a respective belt loop, such that the first belt and the second belt each selectively shorten a distance between the belt loops to which associated fasteners are attached.

7 . The buckleless dual belt system of claim 6 , wherein the first belt and the second belt comprise elastomer such that the first belt and the second belt are resiliently stretchable.

8 . The buckleless dual belt system of claim 6 , wherein each fastener comprises a hook and loop connector.

9 . The buckleless dual belt system of claim 6 , wherein the first belt and the second belt are sized such that each of the first belt and the second belt is positioned between a respective belt loop of a pair of the belt loops bracketing a front opening in the pair of pants, around a back of user wearing the pair of pants, to a respective belt loop positioned over an opposed hip of the user, such that the second end of the first belt and the second terminus of the second belt are opposingly positioned on the hips of the user.

10 . The buckleless dual belt system of claim 6 , wherein:
the first belt and the second belt comprise elastomer such that the first belt and the second belt are resiliently stretchable; each fastener comprises a hook and loop connector; and the first belt and the second belt being sized such that each of the first belt and the second belt is positioned between a respective belt loop of a pair of the belt loops bracketing a front opening in the pair of pants, around a back of user wearing the pair of pants, to a respective belt loop positioned over an opposed hip of the user, such that the second end of the first belt and the second terminus of the second belt are opposingly positioned on the hips of the user.

11 . A method of tightening a pair of pants to a waist of a user comprising the steps of:
providing a pair of pants having a plurality of belt loops; providing a buckleless dual belt assembly comprising:
 a first belt having a first end and a second end;
a second belt having a first terminus and a second terminus, the first belt and the second belt comprise elastomer such that the first belt and the second belt are resiliently stretchable, the first belt and the second belt being sized such that each of the first belt and the second belt is positionable between a respective belt loop of a pair of the belt loops bracketing a front opening in the pair of pants, around a back of user wearing the pair of pants, to a respective belt loop positioned over an opposed hip of the user, such that the second end of the first belt and the second terminus of the second belt are opposingly positioned on the hips of the user, and
a plurality of fasteners attached to a first end of the first belt, a second end of the first belt, a first terminus of the second belt, and a second terminus of the second belt, such that at least one fastener is attached to each of the first end, the second end, the first terminus, and the second terminus, each fastener being configured for selectively fastening to a respective belt loop of a plurality of belt loops attached to a pair of pants, wherein the first belt and the second belt each are configured for selectively shortening a distance between the belt loops to which associated fasteners are attached.
attaching the fasteners attached to the first end of the first belt and the first terminus of the second belt singly to the pair of the belt loops bracketing the front opening; extending the first belt around the back of the user through respective belt loops to the respective belt loop positioned over the opposed hip of the user; attaching the fastener attached to the second end of the first belt to the respective belt loop positioned over the opposed hip of the user; extending the second belt around the back of the user through respective belt loops, substantially overlaying the first belt, to the respective belt loop positioned over the opposed hip of the user; attaching the fastener attached to the second terminus of the second belt to the respective belt loop positioned over the opposed hip of the user, such that the second end of the first belt and the second terminus of the second belt are opposingly positioned on the hips of the user; and donning the pair of pants.

12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein each fastener comprises a hook and loop connector.
