Design structure for glove capable of heating around fingertip
Abstract
A structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip. A heating harness is fastened to a fingertip of a glove through a cloth strip fixing structure. The glove includes a hand back portion and a palm portion. The heating harness is wrapped with insulating material, and sewn in the glove through a cloth casing and a sewn fabric edge. A width of both cloth strip and sewn fabric edge are selected for heating effect and wearing comfort. As an interface of an external power supply, a wiring point is disposed outside the glove, so that usage is simplified. In addition, the present disclosure further includes a temperature controller and a power input wire. A method is to wrap a heating harness and then sew, to ensure production efficiency and product quality. In the present disclosure, a fingertip is heated efficiently and accurately, so that warmth retention performance is improved.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A design structure for a glove capable of heating around a fingertip, comprising:
a glove body, a heating wire, an electronic wire, and a cloth strip fixing structure, wherein the cloth strip fixing structure comprises a cloth casing and a sewn fabric edge; the glove body comprises a hand back portion and a palm portion that are sewn at an outer edge; the heating wire comprises a heating wire that is wrapped with an insulating material, and an electronic wire that is connected to two ends of the heating wire; the cloth casing is disposed at outer side of a heating harness, and the sewn fabric edge is fastened to a side of the cloth casing; and the heating harness is fastened in the glove body through the sewn fabric edge.
2 . The design structure for a glove capable of heating around a fingertip according to claim 1 , wherein the cloth strip fixing structure is formed by folding two long side edges of a cloth strip in half, and sewing is performed at a middle part of the folded cloth strip in a length direction, to form a cloth casing and a sewn fabric edge.
3 . The design structure for a glove capable of heating around a fingertip according to claim 2 , wherein a width of the cloth strip is greater than 8 mm and less than 20 mm, and a width of the sewn fabric edge is greater than 4 mm.
4 . The design structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip according to claim 1 , further comprising a wiring point, wherein the heating wire is electrically connected to the electronic wire through the wiring point.
5 . The design structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip according to claim 1 , wherein as an interface for an external power supply, the wiring point is disposed outside the glove body, and the insulating material is a rubber layer.
6 . The design structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip according to claim 1 , wherein the hand back portion and the palm portion of the glove body each comprise an outer cotton layer and a lining layer, the heating harness is fastened in the glove body through the sewn fabric edge, and the heating harness is in contact with a lining layer of the hand back portion and a lining layer of the palm portion through the cloth strip fixing structure.
7 . The design structure for a glove capable of heating around a fingertip according to claim 1 , further comprising a temperature controller and a power input wire, wherein the temperature controller is disposed on the back hand portion of the glove body, and the electronic wire and the power input wire are electrically connected to the temperature controller separately.
8 . The design structure for a glove capable of heating around a fingertip according to claim 1 , wherein outer portions of the hand back portion and the palm portion of the glove body each have a casing layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
