Abstract

A foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system includes a foot operated bladder, an air hose, an air switch adaptor, a sink base cabinet, and a garbage disposal unit. The foot operated bladder is externally mounted to a toe kick of the sink base cabinet, allowing the user to apply pressure onto the foot operated bladder. The air switch adaptor is internally positioned within the sink base cabinet and electrically connected to a power source of the sink base cabinet. The garbage disposal unit is positioned within the sink base cabinet and electrically connected to the air switch adaptor. The foot operated bladder and the air switch adaptor are pneumatically connected to each other by the air hose. When the pressure is applied to the foot operated bladder, the user is able to pneumatically activate the air switch adaptor thus electrically powering the garbage disposal unit.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system comprising:
 a foot operated bladder;   an air hose;   an air switch adaptor;   a sink base cabinet;   a garbage disposal unit;   the foot operated bladder being externally mounted to a toe kick of the sink base cabinet;   the air switch adaptor being internally positioned within the sink base cabinet;   the garbage disposal unit being internally mounted within the sink base cabinet;   the garbage disposal unit being electrically connected to the air switch adaptor;   the air switch adaptor being electrically connected to a power source of the sink base cabinet; and   the foot operated bladder and the air switch adaptor being pneumatically connected to each other by the air hose.   
     
     
         2 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 1  comprising:
 the foot operated bladder comprising a hollow body and a first hose coupler; 
 the first hose coupler being hermetically connected to the hollow body; and 
 a proximal end of the air hose being hermetically attached to the first hose coupler. 
 
     
     
         3 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 2  comprising:
 the hollow body comprising a flat panel and a concave panel; 
 the concave panel being perimetrically positioned around the flat panel; 
 the concave panel being hermetically connected to flat panel; 
 the first hose coupler being hermetically connected to the concave panel; and 
 the flat panel being externally mounted to the toe kick of the sink base cabinet. 
 
     
     
         4 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 2  comprising:
 the hollow body comprising a concave panel and a plurality of friction ribs; 
 the plurality of friction ribs being radially positioned around the concave panel; and 
 the plurality of friction ribs being adjacently connected onto the concave panel. 
 
     
     
         5 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 1  comprising:
 the air switch adaptor comprising a housing, a pressure switch assembly, a second hose coupler, a power input feature, and a power output feature; 
 the pressure switch assembly being mounted within the housing; 
 the second hose coupler being externally connected to the housing; 
 a distal end of the air hose being hermetically attached to the second hose coupler; 
 the second hose coupler being in fluid communication with the pressure switch assembly; 
 the power input feature being externally integrated onto the housing; 
 the power output feature being externally integrated onto the housing; and 
 the power output feature being electrically connected to the power input feature through the pressure switch assembly. 
 
     
     
         6 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 5  comprising:
 the power input feature being electrically engaged with the power source of the sink base cabinet; and 
 the power output feature being electrically engaged with the garbage disposal unit. 
 
     
     
         7 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the power source of the sink base cabinet is an electrical receptacle. 
     
     
         8 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the power input feature is an electrical plug. 
     
     
         9 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the power output feature is an electrical socket. 
     
     
         10 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the air hose traversing through a bottom panel of the sink base cabinet. 
     
     
         11 . A foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system comprising:
 a foot operated bladder;   an air hose;   an air switch adaptor;   a sink base cabinet;   a garbage disposal unit;   the foot operated bladder comprising a hollow body and a first hose coupler;   the foot operated bladder being externally mounted to a toe kick of the sink base cabinet;   the first hose coupler being hermetically connected to the hollow body;   the air switch adaptor being internally positioned within the sink base cabinet;   the garbage disposal unit being internally mounted within the sink base cabinet;   the garbage disposal unit being electrically connected to the air switch adaptor;   the air switch adaptor being electrically connected to a power source of the sink base cabinet;   the foot operated bladder and the air switch adaptor being pneumatically connected to each other by the air hose; and   a proximal end of the air hose being hermetically attached to the first hose coupler.   
     
     
         12 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 11  comprising:
 the hollow body comprising a flat panel and a concave panel; 
 the concave panel being perimetrically positioned around the flat panel; 
 the concave panel being hermetically connected to flat panel; 
 the first hose coupler being hermetically connected to the concave panel; and 
 the flat panel being externally mounted to the toe kick of the sink base cabinet. 
 
     
     
         13 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 11  comprising:
 the hollow body comprising a concave panel and a plurality of friction ribs; 
 the plurality of friction ribs being radially positioned around the concave panel; and 
 the plurality of friction ribs being adjacently connected onto the concave panel. 
 
     
     
         14 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 11  comprising:
 the air switch adaptor comprising a housing, a pressure switch assembly, a second hose coupler, a power input feature, and a power output feature; 
 the pressure switch assembly being mounted within the housing; 
 the second hose coupler being externally connected to the housing; 
 a distal end of the air hose being hermetically attached to the second hose coupler; 
 the second hose coupler being in fluid communication with the pressure switch assembly; 
 the power input feature being externally integrated onto the housing; 
 the power output feature being externally integrated onto the housing; and 
 the power output feature being electrically connected to the power input feature through the pressure switch assembly. 
 
     
     
         15 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 14  comprising:
 the power input feature being electrically engaged with the power source of the sink base cabinet; and 
 the power output feature being electrically engaged with the garbage disposal unit. 
 
     
     
         16 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 14 , wherein the power source of the sink base cabinet is an electrical receptacle. 
     
     
         17 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 14 , wherein the power input feature is an electrical plug. 
     
     
         18 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 14 , wherein the power output feature is an electrical socket. 
     
     
         19 . The foot activated pneumatic garbage disposal switch system as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the air hose traversing through a bottom panel of the sink base cabinet.
