Abstract

A portable outdoor game assembly comprising a base assembly, an extension assembly, a tower assembly and a ring assembly. The ring assembly has a spool of material coupled to an upper extendable arm and a ring that is fastened to an end of the spool of material.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A portable outdoor game assembly comprising:
 a base assembly having:
 a base shaft;
 a grasp positioned at one end of the base shaft; and
 a fasten mechanism having:
 a hook;
 a locking mechanism opposite the hook; and

   an extension assembly having:
 an extension shaft;
 a stabilizing assembly coupled to the extension shaft; and
   a tower assembly having:
 a topper assembly having:
 a body connected to the extension shaft;
 an upper extendable arm coupled to the body;
 a lower extendable arm coupled to the body;
 a cap positioned above the body; and

   a ring assembly having:
 a spool of material coupled to the upper extendable arm; and
 a ring fastened to an end of the spool of material.

         2 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 1 , wherein a tripod mount is fastened to the base shaft.

         3 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 2 , wherein the lower extendable arm and the upper extendable arm outstretch greater than a 90 degree position.

         4 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 3 , wherein the fasten mechanism extends around the base shaft.

         5 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 4 , wherein the extension shaft has a smaller circumference than the base shaft.

         6 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 5 , wherein the stabilizer further includes a channel that runs the length of the stabilizer.

         7 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 6 , wherein the cap is a circular member with a tapered end portion adjacent the body.

         8 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 7 , wherein the upper extendable arm further includes an eyelet.

         9 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 8 , wherein the stabilizer permits the extension shaft to be raised or lowered.

         10 . A portable outdoor game assembly comprising:
 a base assembly having:
 a base shaft;
 a tripod mount positioned at one end of the base shaft; and
   an extension assembly having:
 an extension shaft with a smaller circumference than the base shaft;
 a hook receiver extending through the extension shaft; and
 a rising assembly having:
 a cylindrical member;
 a coupler positioned within the cylindrical member; and

   a tower assembly having:
 a cylindrical body;
 a cap positioned above the cylindrical body;
 an upper extendable rib coupled to the cap;
 a lower extendable rib coupled to the cylindrical body and the cap; and
   a ring assembly having:
 a spool of material connected to the upper extendable rib; and
 a ring fastened to the spool of material.

         11 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 10 , wherein a grasp is positioned at one end of the base shaft.

         12 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 11 , wherein the base assembly further includes a stabilizer.

         13 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 12 , wherein a rising beam is coupled to cylindrical body and the upper extendable rib.

         14 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 13 , wherein the upper extendable rib further includes an eyelet.

         15 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 14 , wherein the cylindrical member glides in a first position toward the cap outstretching the lower extendable rib and the upper extendable rib.

         16 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 15 , wherein the cylindrical member glides in a second position away from the cap lowering the extendable ribs.

         17 . The outdoor game assembly of claim 16 , wherein the rising beam permits an outstretching of the upper extendable rib.
