Abstract
An indoor heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger body and a connection pipe connected to the heat exchanger body through a connection portion. The connection pipe includes a first curved portion having an elongation greater than or equal to 30%.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An indoor heat exchanger comprising:
a heat exchanger body; and a connection pipe connected to the heat exchanger body through a connection portion, wherein the connection pipe includes a first curved portion having an elongation greater than or equal to 30%.
2 . The indoor heat exchanger according to claim 1 , wherein the connection pipe further includes a second curved portion between the connection portion and the first curved portion.
3 . The indoor heat exchanger according to claim 2 , wherein the second curved portion has an elongation less than or equal to 20%.
4 . The indoor heat exchanger according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a tubular member covering the first curved portion.
5 . The indoor heat exchanger according to claim 1 , wherein the connection pipe is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
6 . The indoor heat exchanger according to claim 1 , wherein the elongation of the first curved portion is greater than or equal to 40%.
7 . The indoor heat exchanger according to claim 1 , wherein the connection pipe has an outer diameter less than or equal to 9.52 mm.
8 . An indoor unit comprising the indoor heat exchanger according to claim 1 .
9 . An air conditioner comprising the indoor unit according to claim 8 .
10 . A method for manufacturing an indoor heat exchanger, the method comprising:
bending a connection pipe to form a first curved portion in the connection pipe, wherein the indoor heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger body and the connection pipe connected to the heat exchanger body through a connection portion; and annealing the first curved portion such that an elongation of the first curved portion is greater than before the annealing of the first curve portion.
11 . The method according to claim 10 , further comprising:
performing in-furnace brazing in the annealing of the first curve portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
