Squeeze foamer and concentrates

Abstract

The present application relates to a solid, pulverulent or tabletted cosmetic concentrate for producing a foamable cosmetic cleansing composition that contains at least 35% by weight of solid surfactants and polysaccharide(s).

         23 . A cosmetic cleansing concentrate, wherein the concentrate is present in solid form and comprises, based on a total weight of the concentrate,
 (a) at least 35% by weight of one or more surfactants which are solid under standard conditions and   (b) one or more polysaccharides;   
       and wherein the concentrate comprises less than 7% of ingredients that are liquid under standard conditions. 
     
     
         24 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the one or more solid surfactants comprise one or more of Sodium Myristoyl Glutamate, Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, and Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate. 
     
     
         25 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the one or more solid surfactants comprise one or both of Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate and Sodium Coco Sulfate. 
     
     
         26 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein concentrate comprises not more than 55% by weight of the one or more solid surfactants. 
     
     
         27 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate comprises from 8% to 30% by weight of Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, based on a total weight of the concentrate. 
     
     
         28 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate comprises from 12% to 34% by weight of Sodium Coco Sulfate, based on a total weight of the concentrate. 
     
     
         29 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate comprises Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate and Sodium Coco Sulfate at a weight ratio of from 1.5:1 to 1:2. 
     
     
         30 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the one or more polysaccharides comprise one or more of  Caesalpinia Spinosa  Gum, Xanthan Gum, Guar gum, Maltodextrin, Cellulose Gum. 
     
     
         31 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the one or more polysaccharides comprise one or more of  Caesalpinia Spinosa  Gum, Cellulose Gum, Maltodextrin. 
     
     
         32 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate comprises from 0.1% to 10% by weight of the one or more polysaccharides, based on a total weight of the concentrate. 
     
     
         33 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate comprises a total of from 0.1% to 5% by weight of  Caesalpinia Spinosa  Gum and/or Cellulose Gum, based on a total weight of the concentrate. 
     
     
         34 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate comprises from 0.1% to 7% by weight of Maltodextrin, based on a total weight of the concentrate. 
     
     
         35 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate further comprises Sodium Benzoate. 
     
     
         36 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate comprises less than 5% by weight of water, based on a total weight of the concentrate. 
     
     
         37 . The concentrate of  claim 23 , wherein the concentrate is present in tablet form or powder form. 
     
     
         38 . A cosmetic product, wherein the product comprises a packaging and the concentrate of  claim 23 , the packaging enclosing the concentrate. 
     
     
         39 . The product of  claim 38 , wherein the packaging of the concentrate comprises a water-soluble film. 
     
     
         40 . A method for providing a cosmetic cleansing composition, wherein the method comprises
 (a) mixing
 i. at least 35% by weight of one or more surfactants that are solid under standard conditions, 
 ii. one or more polysaccharides, 
 iii. further additives that are solid under standard conditions, and 
 iv. optionally not more than 7% by weight of liquid ingredients, based on the mixture of the components i. to iv.; 
   to form a cosmetic cleansing concentrate;   (b) dissolving the cosmetic cleansing concentrate in water to obtain the cosmetic cleansing composition.   
     
     
         41 . A cosmetic cleansing composition, wherein the composition comprises the concentrate of  claim 23  and water at a weight ration of water to concentrate of from 2:98 to 7:93. 
     
     
         42 . A cosmetic cleansing product, wherein the product comprises
 a squeeze foamer comprising a liquid container and an actuating unit; and   the cosmetic cleansing composition of claim  41 ,   
       the cleansing composition being present in the liquid container of the squeeze foamer.
