Abstract

A manufacturing method for functionalized dyed textile, where the textile is preferably a textile or a knit, including the following steps: getting a dyed textile having a majority by mass of natural fibers, preferably cellulose fibers; bleaching of the dyed textile in order to get a bleached dyed textile whose dye has not been altered; and chemical functionalizing of the bleached dyed textile in order to get a hydrophobic dyed textile, where the functionalization has an increased attachment to the dyed textile because of the prior bleaching. Also, a functionalized dyed textile and the use of a bleaching solution for increasing the hold on the dyed textile of the chemical functionalization.

         24 . A manufacturing method for functionalized dyed textile, where the textile is preferably a textile or a knit, comprising the following steps:
 getting a dyed textile comprising a majority by mass of natural fibers, preferably cellulose fibers;   bleaching of the dyed textile in order to get a bleached dyed textile whose dye has not been altered; and   chemical functionalizing of the bleached dyed textile in order to get a functionalized dyed textile, where the functionalization has an increased attachment to the dyed textile because of the prior bleaching.   
     
     
         25 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the chemical functionalization of the textile aims to give it hydrophobic properties. 
     
     
         26 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 25 , wherein the chemical functionalization of the textile aims to give it oleophobic properties to make it substantially stain-repellent, preferably by exposure of the textile to at least one bath selected from a perfluorocarbon solution and/or a silicone compound solution. 
     
     
         27 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 26 , wherein the chemical functionalization of the textile comprises the exposure of the textile to a perfluorocarbon or silicone compound solution during a step comprising at least one operation of: padding, depletion, leaching, spraying, sol-gel treatment, plasma treatment, and coating, followed by crosslinking of the textile. 
     
     
         28 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 26 , wherein the chemical functionalization of the textile comprises the following consecutive steps:
 a first step of functionalization of the textile comprising exposure of the textile to a perfluorocarbon solution during at least one operation of padding, depletion, leaching, spraying, sol-gel treatment, plasma treatment, and coating, followed by a crosslinking of the textile, in order to get a textile having hydrophobic properties; and   a second step of functionalization of the textile comprising exposure of the textile to a silicone compound solution during at least one operation of: padding, depletion, leaching, spraying, sol-gel treatment, plasma treatment, and coating, followed by crosslinking of the textile.   
     
     
         29 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the chemical functionalization of the textile comprises several exposures of the textile to various baths, where the exposures are separated by at least one step of crosslinking of the textile. 
     
     
         30 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein getting the dyed textile comprises getting the dyed textile having wrinkle-resistant properties, preferably showing a recovery angle after creasing greater than or equal to 130°. 
     
     
         31 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein bleaching of the textile comprises exposure of the textile to a hydrogen peroxide solution and/or a sodium hydroxide solution, preferably a solution comprising between 6 g/L and 12 g/L, preferably 8.4 g/L of 35% concentrated hydrogen peroxide, and between 2 g/L and 6 g/L, preferably 4 g/L, of sodium hydroxide. 
     
     
         32 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the dyed textile results from dyed yarn. 
     
     
         33 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the dyed textile resulted after a first step of bleaching before the dyeing. 
     
     
         34 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the dyed textile comprises a majority by mass of cotton fibers, preferably in which the dyed textile comprises solely cotton fibers. 
     
     
         35 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the dyed textile comprises a minority by mass of synthetic fibers, preferably fibers selected from elastane filaments, polyamide fibers and polyester fibers. 
     
     
         36 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the dyed textile underwent a step of mercerization comprising exposure of the dyed textile to a sodium hydroxide solution or to liquid ammonia. 
     
     
         37 . The textile manufacturing method according to  claim 24 , wherein the dyed textile has a color whose L parameter from LABCIE1976 exceeds 60, measured by spectrometry. 
     
     
         38 . A functionalized dyed textile obtained according to the method of  claim 24 . 
     
     
         39 . The functionalized dyed textile according to  claim 38 , wherein the textile is a dyed shirting entirely of hydrophobic cotton. 
     
     
         40 . The functionalized dyed textile according to  claim 39 , wherein the textile has a recovery angle after creasing greater than or equal to 130°, preferably greater than or equal to 135°, even more preferable greater than or equal to 140°, even more preferable greater than or equal to 145°, and even more preferable greater than or equal to 150° measured according to the ISO 2313:1972 standard after having gone through four washing machine washes according to the ISO 6330 standard. 
     
     
         41 . The functionalized dyed textile according to  claim 40 , wherein the textile has a recovery angle after creasing greater than or equal to 130°, preferably greater than or equal to 135°, even more preferable greater than or equal to 140°, even more preferable greater than or equal to 145°, and even more preferable greater than or equal to 148° measured according to the ISO 2313:1972 standard after having gone through seven washing machine washes according to the ISO 6330 standard. 
     
     
         42 . The functionalized dyed textile according to  claim 41 , wherein the textile has a recovery angle after creasing greater than or equal to 130°, preferably greater than or equal to 135°, even more preferable greater than or equal to 140°, even more preferable greater than or equal to 145 ° measured according to the ISO 2313:1972 standard after having gone through 20 washing machine washes according to the ISO 6330 standard. 
     
     
         43 . The functionalized dyed textile according to  claim 42 , wherein the textile has a recovery angle after creasing greater than or equal to 130°, preferably greater than or equal to 135°, even more preferable greater than or equal to 140°, measured according to the ISO 2313:1972 standard after having gone through 40 washing machine washes according to the ISO 6330 standard. 
     
     
         44 . The functionalized dyed textile according to  claim 40 , wherein the textile has a spray test result of at least 3 measured according to the ISO 4920 standard, preferably of at least 4 measured according to the ISO 4920 standard, and even more preferably 5 measured according to the ISO 4920 standard. 
     
     
         45 . The functionalized dyed textile according to  claim 39 , wherein the textile has a weight between 80 and 220 g/m 2 , in particular between 80 and 170 g/m 2 , in particular between 80 and 160 g/m 2 , in particular between 80 and 150 g/m 2 , in particular between 80 and 140 g/m 2 . 
     
     
         46 . A method for increasing the hold on a dyed textile of a chemical functionalization, comprising bleaching a dyed textile with a bleaching solution before chemical functionalization of the dyed textile, wherein the textile is preferably a fabric or a knit and comprises a majority by mass of natural fibers, preferably cellulose fibers, preferably cotton fibers, and the bleaching solution does not alter the dye of the dyed textile.
