Claims

Abstract

A phone holster apparel attachment device for securing by a belt loop and by a lanyard includes a holster having a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge. The holster has an inside surface and an outside surface, and further includes a panel being folded to define a first section and a second section. An interior is defined between the first and second sections of the inside surface thus the interior defines a space for receiving a mobile device. A belt loop is attached to the holster for receiving a belt. Furthermore, a closure is attached to the holster to retain the mobile device within the interior of the holster. A lanyard is extending through an aperture extending through the holster adjacent to the bottom edge for enwrapping a leg or a waist of the user wherein securing the holster to the user.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A phone holster apparel attachment device configured for securing a mobile device to a user, the phone holster apparel attachment device comprising:
 a holster including a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge, said holster having an inside surface and an outside surface, said holster comprising:
 a panel having said top edge, said bottom edge, a first surface, a second surface, and a pair of lateral edges, said panel being folded to define a first section and a second section wherein said pair lateral edges are adjacent to each other and define said first side edge and said first surface defining said inside surface, wherein an interior is defined between said first and second sections of said first surface; 
 said interior of said holster defining a space configured for receiving a stored position; 
   a belt loop being attached to said holster and extending above said top edge, said belt loop being configured for receiving a belt therethrough;   a closure being attached to said holster and being configured to retain the mobile device within said interior of said holster; and   a lanyard being extending through an aperture extending through said holster adjacent to said bottom edge, said lanyard being configured for enwrapping a leg or a waist of the user wherein securing said holster to the user.   
     
     
         2 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 1 , further comprising said bottom edge of first and second sections abutting each other such that said bottom edge of said holster is closed. 
     
     
         3 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 2 , further comprising said top edge of said first and second sections being spaced from each other and defining an opening into said holster. 
     
     
         4 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 1 , further comprising said panel being comprised of leather. 
     
     
         5 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 3 , further comprising a plurality of studs extending through said panel and said first and second sections adjacent to said first side edge. 
     
     
         6 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 5 , further comprising each of said studs being a metal bar having a pair of ends. 
     
     
         7 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 6 , further comprising each of said ends comprising a head wherein said heads are positioned in an exterior of said holster. 
     
     
         8 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 7 , further comprising said plurality of studs retaining said panel in a folded position. 
     
     
         9 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 1 , further comprising said belt loop having a first end and a second end. 
     
     
         10 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 9 , further comprising said first end being positioned upon said inside surface of said holster. 
     
     
         11 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 10 , further comprising said second end of said loop being positioned upon said outside surface of said holster. 
     
     
         12 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 11 , further comprising said first end and said second end of said loop being coupled to said holster by a swivel, said swivel facilitating rotation of said belt loop relative to said holster. 
     
     
         13 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 1 , further comprising said closure being positioned on said top edge of said holster. 
     
     
         14 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 13 , further comprising said closure comprising a flexible member having a fixed end and a fastening end, said fixed end being coupled to said holster adjacent to said belt loop, said fastening end being removably attachable to said outside surface opposite said belt loop such that said flexible member extends over said top edge. 
     
     
         15 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 14 , further comprising said fastening end being removably attached to said holster with a connector. 
     
     
         16 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 15 , further comprising said connector comprising a snap. 
     
     
         17 . The phone holster apparel attachment device of  claim 1 , further comprising said lanyard being knotted within said aperture of said holster. 
     
     
         18 . A phone holster apparel attachment device configured for securing a mobile device to a user, the phone holster apparel attachment device comprising:
 a holster including a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge, said holster having an inside surface and an outside surface, said holster comprising:
 a panel having said top edge, said bottom edge, a first surface, a second surface, and a pair of lateral edges, said panel being folded to define a first section and a second section wherein said pair lateral edges are adjacent to each other and define said first side edge and said first surface defining said inside surface, wherein an interior is defined between said first and second sections of said first surface; 
 said bottom edge of first and second sections abutting each other such that said bottom edge of said holster is closed; 
 said top edge of said first and second sections being spaced from each other and defining an opening into said holster; 
 said interior of said holster defining a space configured for receiving a mobile device and removably retaining the mobile device in a stored position; 
 said panel being comprised of leather; 
 a plurality of studs extending through said panel and said first and second sections adjacent to said first side edge, each of said studs being a metal bar having a pair of ends, each of said ends comprising a head wherein said heads are positioned in an exterior of said holster, said plurality of studs retaining said panel in a folded position; 
   a belt loop being attached to said holster and extending above said top edge, said belt loop being configured for receiving a belt therethrough, said belt loop having a first end and a second end, said first end being positioned upon said inside surface of said holster, said second end of said loop being positioned upon said outside surface of said holster, said first end and said second end of said loop being coupled to said holster by a swivel, said swivel facilitating rotation of said belt loop relative to said holster;   a closure being attached to said holster and being configured to retain the mobile device within said interior of said holster, said closure being positioned on said top edge of said holster, said closure comprising a flexible member having a fixed end and a fastening end, said fixed end being coupled to said holster adjacent to said belt loop, said fastening end being removably attachable to said outside surface opposite said belt loop such that said flexible member extends over said top edge, said fastening end being removably attached to said holster with a connector, said connector comprising a snap; and   a lanyard being extending through an aperture extending through said holster adjacent to said bottom edge, said lanyard being knotted within said aperture of said holster, said lanyard being configured for enwrapping a leg or a waist of the user wherein securing said holster to the user.
