Method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper, and fragrance sample delivery paper

Abstract

A method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper capable of housing and delivering a plurality of fragrance sample test strips (scent paper, mouillettes, perfume test paper) to be fragrance samples impregnated with perfumes by folding a single piece of rectangular paper, and such a fragrance sample delivery paper are provided. A sheet configured with a first sheet section (first inner-side face, first outer-side face), a second sheet section (second inner-side face, second outer-side face), and a third sheet section (third inner-side face, third outer-side face) is formed into a tri-fold shape. The third sheet section is folded and bonded to the second inner-side face to configure saclike sections, fragrance test strips are inserted into the saclike sections, and the first inner-side face (first outer-side face) and the second inner-side face (second outer-side face) are bonded to form the fragrance sample delivery paper having a plurality of saclike sections.

1 . A method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper formed by folding a single sheet, the method comprising:
 forming a plurality of folding lines in the sheet to divide the sheet into a first sheet section, a second sheet section, and a third sheet section;   forming a fragrance test strip guide port at an end of the third sheet section;   applying a releasable glue and an adhesive; and   forming a saclike section by folding the third sheet section at the folding line and bonding to the second sheet section.   
     
     
         2 . A method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper formed by folding a single sheet, the method comprising:
 forming a plurality of folding lines in the sheet to divide the sheet into a first sheet section, a second sheet section, and a third sheet section;   forming a fragrance test strip guide port at an end of the third sheet section;   applying a releasable glue and an adhesive;   forming a saclike section by folding the third sheet section at the folding line and bonding to the second sheet section;   inserting a fragrance test strip with an impregnated perfume into the saclike section; and   folding and bonding the first sheet section, the second sheet section, and the third sheet section by folding the sheet at the folding lines.   
     
     
         3 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 1 , wherein the forming the test strip guide port is performed to form a plurality of continuous notch-shaped fragrance test strip guide ports at the end of the third sheet section. 
     
     
         4 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 1 , wherein the applying is performed to apply the adhesive from the folding line of the third sheet section toward a direction of the fragrance test strip guide port. 
     
     
         5 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 1 , wherein the applying is performed to apply the releasable glue at a position of the first sheet section that overlaps with the fragrance test strip guide port of the third sheet section when the sheet is folded. 
     
     
         6 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 1 , wherein the forming the saclike section is performed to form continuous saclike sections each having the fragrance test strip guide port as an opening by folding the third sheet section at the folding line and bonding to the second sheet section. 
     
     
         7 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 1 , wherein the applying is performed to apply the releasable glue over an entire inner-side face of the first sheet section opposing to a face formed by joining the second sheet section and the third sheet section where the saclike section is formed. 
     
     
         8 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 2 , wherein the folding/bonding is performed to: fold the first sheet section and the second sheet section at the folding lines; close the fragrance test strip guide port with a part where the releasable glue is applied in the first sheet section; and bond the first sheet section and the second sheet section by the releasable glue. 
     
     
         9 . Fragrance sample delivery paper formed by folding a single sheet, the fragrance sample delivery paper comprising:
 a first sheet section, a second sheet section, and a third sheet section of the sheet divided by forming a plurality of folding lines in the sheet;   continuous fragrance test strip guide ports formed in a notch shape at an end of the third sheet section; and   a plurality of continuous saclike sections for inserting fragrance test strips from the fragrance test strip guide ports, the saclike sections being formed by folding the third sheet section at the folding line and bonding the second sheet section and the third sheet section.   
     
     
         10 . The fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 9 , wherein each of the saclike sections is formed in a saclike shape from the folding line of the third sheet section toward a direction of the fragrance test strip guide port, and the neighboring saclike sections of the plurality of continuous saclike sections are partitioned by an adhesive. 
     
     
         11 . The fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 9 , wherein each of the saclike sections has the fragrance test strip guide port closed by a releasable glue applied to the first sheet section, when the sheet is folded at the folding lines. 
     
     
         12 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 2 , wherein the forming the test strip guide port is performed to form a plurality of continuous notch-shaped fragrance test strip guide ports at the end of the third sheet section. 
     
     
         13 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 2 , wherein the applying is performed to apply the adhesive from the folding line of the third sheet section toward a direction of the fragrance test strip guide port. 
     
     
         14 . The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 2 , wherein the applying is performed to apply the releasable glue at a position of the first sheet section that overlaps with the fragrance test strip guide port of the third sheet section when the sheet is folded.

The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 2 , wherein the forming the saclike section is performed to form continuous saclike sections each having the fragrance test strip guide port as an opening by folding the third sheet section at the folding line and bonding to the second sheet section.

The method for producing fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 2 , wherein the applying is performed to apply the releasable glue over an entire inner-side face of the first sheet section opposing to a face formed by joining the second sheet section and the third sheet section where the saclike section is formed. 
     
     
         17 . The fragrance sample delivery paper according to  claim 10 , wherein each of the saclike sections has the fragrance test strip guide port closed by a releasable glue applied to the first sheet section, when the sheet is folded at the folding lines.
