Abstract

Footwear comprising: a sole having a supporting surface with a groove, and an upper including a coupling portion, which is reversibly insertable inside the groove, wherein the groove is shaped to prevent axial sliding of the coupling portion when in the groove. A reversible coupling device reversibly couples the upper to the sole, between an operational configuration, where coupling portion is in the groove to prevent the extraction of the respective coupling portion along the insertion direction, and a non-operational configuration, where the coupling portion and the at least one groove are not constrained to each other so that the upper and the sole are separated or separable, and vice versa. The reversible coupling device includes first coupling elements fixed in the groove and second coupling elements fixed to the coupling portion, which are mutually reversibly couplable, said first and second coupling elements defining a quick fastening/unfastening system.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Footwear comprising:
a sole having a supporting surface on which at least one groove is obtained, being transversal with respect to a main extension direction of the sole and leading at respective openings of side edges of the sole which are opposite to the main extension direction of the sole, an upper comprising at least one coupling portion which is reversibly insertable into said at least one groove along an insertion direction perpendicular to the supporting surface, said groove being shaped so as to prevent an axial sliding of the respective coupling portion when this is inserted into the groove, reversible coupling means for reversibly coupling said upper to said sole, which are switchable between an operational configuration, in which said at least one coupling portion is inserted into and constrained in said at least one groove to prevent the extraction of the respective coupling portion along the insertion direction, and a non-operational configuration, in which said at least one coupling portion and said at least one groove are not constrained to each other so that the upper and the sole are separated or separable, and vice versa; wherein said reversible coupling means comprise first coupling elements fixed within the groove of the sole and respective second coupling elements fixed to the coupling portion of the upper which are mutually reversibly couplable, said first and second coupling elements defining a quick fastening/unfastening system.

2 . Footwear according to claim 1 , wherein said groove has a central zone with reduced cross-section defining a throat of the groove at which a respective central part with reduced cross-section of the coupling portion is insertable.

3 . Footwear according to claim 1 , wherein said groove is delimited by a bottom wall, in use facing and parallel to the supporting surface, and by two inner walls, preferably transversal with respect to the supporting surface.

4 . Footwear according to claim 1 , wherein said first and second coupling elements are press studs, magnetic clips, or tear systems.

5 . Footwear according to claim 2 , wherein two first coupling elements are mounted to said bottom wall in opposite positions with respect to said throat of the groove.

6 . Footwear according to claim 1 , wherein said groove has an average depth value, measured perpendicularly to the supporting surface, comprised between 15 mm and 35 mm, preferably equal to 25 mm.

7 . Footwear according to claim 6 , wherein said at least one coupling portion has a thickness between 10 mm and 18 mm, preferably equal to 13 mm, which is lower than the depth value of the groove.

8 . Footwear according to claim 1 , wherein said sole has two grooves and wherein said upper has two coupling portions.

9 . Footwear according to claim 1 , wherein said sole comprises a heel and an inclined connecting surface between said heel and said supporting surface, and wherein said upper comprises at least one fastening portion which is reversibly couplable to said inclined connecting surface.

10 . A footwear kit comprising a piece of footwear according to claim 1 and a plurality of mutually different coupling portions.
